I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're friends with management. But if you are that's great, it seems that you get special consideration. Horrible staff, they are rude. While I'll be coming back to stay in Bright, I definitely won't consider staying here again or even recommend to anyone else.

This park is more for families than empty nesters. It's generally a quality park with plenty of attractions but an unreasonable price tag. Off season it's $46 per night for a powered site. We were given a dusty spot with no slab. A $46 site should always have slabs! Good points: Pool and spa - superb!! Amenities new condition but...

I stayed here recently and was in love, the trees, creek and pool were amazing. The only thing I can complain about is that the pool closed too early. It is supposed to close at dusk, but instead families were kicked out at 8pm, when the temperature was still in the mid 30's and it was daylight.

Thanks for your feedback megasaurus1010, we are really pleased to hear you loved the parks ambience and beautiful setting. Our pool opening times are set to keep in mind all guests in the park by keeping noise to a minimum when others are trying to sleep. We close the pool area at sunset which varies throughout the year and during...

We camped on a nonpowered site, that was a bit rocky, but good size, close to the creek. This is a great park for families, quiet by about 9pm at night until about 8 am! Everyone was friendly, there is a pool and the creek to cool down in, the best place to sit in the heat of the day....

Thank you so much Noniearisha, we are really pleased you had a wonderful Australia Day long weekend with us. We also love the creek - it is a magical spot to relax in summer and really is a lot of great outdoors fun for the kids (and big kids alike). We look forward to sharing future holidays with your family....

We had the opportunity to stay at the Bright Holiday Park in December 2016 and now wonder what took us so long to get there. The facilities are beautifully kept, there is a brand new pool and heated spa!, a babbling brook with trout and fabulous access to the nearby mtb trails. Jamie and Ryan are great hosts, helping us...

We have spent the last 3 nights here and can not fault this place. From the time we arrived to we left the experience was great. Toilet blocks are big and clean, camp sites great size, lots of shade, great new pool, shirt walk into town, friendly staff and more! Thanks again and looking forward to next year.

Toilet block has no specific disabled bathrooms. Toilet block has unisex/disabled toilet and because it is labeled unisex/disabled everyone thinks anyone can use this toilet. You will have fully abled bodied people in the toilet showering for up to 30 minutes while disabled people who can not access the normal toilets are forced to wait. Cleaners will also send people...

Dear Traveller_A1B2C3, The park has five amenity blocks throughout the park including two fully equipped amenity buildings with unisex disabled toilets/showers with portable shower chairs. Thank you for your feedback and suggestions, I understand your frustration and I hope you may understand constant monitoring of the disabled amenity blocks proves difficult for our park staff. I apologise you had to...

As a frequent camper at this park over many years, we have found the current Managers and their staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating.
