Situated right next door to Rockford Wines Lawley Farm is an ideal location to stay when attending the Rockford long lunch. We stayed in the Parra Suite with a king size bed and a lovely fire place that was lit before our return each night. The breakfast was hearty all in all Jack did a great job looking after us.... My husband and I stayed at Lawley Farm for 4 nights and it was absolutely delightful. The refurbished stables were beautifully presented with great attention to detail. Jack and Leslie were very warm and welcoming and the breakfasts were delicious! Loved coming back after a day of exploring and wine tasting to curl up by the fire. Absolutely we will... More

Very, very (did I say 'very' ?) friendly owners. Property is located in the midst of the Barossa vine yards. Small scale, with much attention paid to detail. Owners are glad to show you around their farm and all the animals. The room that we stayed in was a charm, something out of the ordinary. The whole wine region is... More

We stayed here the weekend just past and highly recommend it if you are visiting the Barossa. We stayed in the Pana Suite which which was a very spacious room with a king size bed and large bathroom. It had been converted from an old stable and still had the beautiful big beams across the ceiling. Lesley was very friendly... More

My wife and I stayed here in mid February. The owners are very friendly and live on the premises. The breakfasts were delivered on time and were generous and tastey. The rooms were quaint as they were originally farm buildings. While not a brand new hotel feel they had modern amenities. The location is quiet but very close to Rockford... More

We were delighted to see a gorgeous English style farmhouse and rustic cottages surrounded by some of our favourite wineries. We secured the smaller ad-on room as it had a queen size bed (not all of them do). It was very welcoming with lamps and air-con on to greet us on a 30 degree plus day. The owners were very... More

Fantastic. My wife and I decided that we needed some time away, at a special place. I decided to try Lawleys Farm because the website seemed to fit what I was looking for. Well I must say that both, the accomodation and the people running the place, exceeded our expectations. Jack and Lesley are just wonderful hosts. We will be... More

We were so disappointed with our stay last weekend where we had agreed to join another couple. The room we were allocated was just not acceptable. We were expecting a king size bed but the bed provided was a standard double which was just not comfortable for two middle aged people. The mattress was lumpy on a timber frame that... More

Rustic accommodation, scenic, picturesque, relaxing, clean air, gorgeous dogs. We held our wedding at Lawley March 7th 2015 at the front of the house and booked all the accommodation for the weekend. The property is central to the wine region which is wonderful. Leslie & Jack went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The breakfast... More

Actually, I am being kind when I say this place was dirty. IT WAS FILTHY! And I don't mean just dusty. This place had not been properly cleaned in years. there were cobwebs everywhere. Hanging from the furniture, in doorways, even on the dust ruffle around the bed. There were even large stains on the towels! Awful. Tons of bugs... More
