We arrived a little late but Jayne greeted us on arrival, which was a lovely personal touch. On a cold night, our accommodation was lovely, warm and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the country atmosphere and relaxed environment of this B&B. It's proximity to local towns and wineries made it a pleasure to be in the area. Jayne's advice on Whistler... More

Hi JGT25 Thank you for your review. It was lovely to meet you both. It is nice to think that you can have the solace of the country but still only be 5 minutes down the road either way to wineries, restaurants and local shopping. Hopefully we will see you back again soon. Jaye More

Our first time to the Barossa and The Paddocks was a perfect base to work from. We had the Vineyard suite which was well presented and very comfortable with a nice fire place that was used each night. Our stay started with a lovely plate of cheese and cold meats plus a pick of a bottle of red from the... More

Hi Robin It was lovely to meet you both and I love the fact that while you were sitting down here in your suite drinking a Hubert Irving Whistler Wine your friend was sitting in Brisbane doing the same thing. Isn't Hentley Farm amazing. We must get back there again - I just love the theatre that goes with eating... More

We stayed here on our way from Kangaroo Island to Flinders Ranges. Bedroom and living room is well furnished and you have a nice place outside in the garden, where you can enjoy a drink or your breakfast. When arrived we were invited for a glass of wine or two together with the owners at that time, Chris and Jayne,... More

Many thanks for your review Mariola24. We are very fortunate that we can sometimes be available to have drinks with people and offer to take them to their restaurant. Due to local commitments this cannot always happen but we treasure them when we do get these opportunities. Hope you enjoyed the Flinders Ranges. Jayne More

As with the rest of the reviews, Jane and Chis are excellent hosts. They are retiring soon though occasionally stepping in - I hope the new hosts are as outstanding and that Chris leaves his fabulous selection of books. The location is perfect as a takeoff point for Barossa tasting.Ultra central.. Air conditioning/heating: superb Kitchenette well equipped with fruit yogurt,... More

Thank you to Jayne for such a wonderful stay. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived and the property was just beautiful. Often when travelling on business you find the accommodation is simply not up to par. My stay at Whistlers Farm, was absolutely brilliant. I was made to feel welcome before I even arrived, through great communication. Quaint rooms but so comfortable. Great views. Having the opportunity to talk with Jayne and Chris over a glass of wine was an unexpected... More

Our visit to The Paddocks at Whistler Farm was too brief. I would like to have had longer to explore and enjoy the tranquil and relaxed setting of the farm. After a long lunch at Hentley Farm and a busy week, our Olive Grove room was a lovely place to rest and relax for the evening. The B&B is self-contained... More

We had an amazing time here. It was a great place to get away for a long weekend while still being close to all the amazing wineries and restaurants the Barossa has to offer. It was a very comfortable place to put your feet up after a long day bike riding and wine tasting!

I recently was given 2 nights accommodation as a prize for winning a competition provided by the Barossa Trust Mark. The accommodation was first rate, the scenery superb. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay whilst in the Barossa... A real 'diamond'!! I would recommend it far and wide :)
