How is it possible in the 21st Century that the suite Pig n Pinot can be offered as an attractive BNB in the Barossa Valley? The location is convenient and the outlook from outside the property is really good but the services and essentials indoors are distinctly lacking. Certainly there is a TV which worked. There are also plates ,... More

I stayed two nights in the Pigs and Pinot studio suite on the bottom floor. First, the good points - Beautiful and quiet location at the top of the street. It is a very short walk to town (a bit of a hill but it didn't bother me). There are cows, sheep and goats in the paddocks just outside the... More

We booked out the entire house for our stay during our sons wedding. Ideal position, very large and roomy with a host of facilities. Having the entire house gives a very large serviceable kitchen, many areas for relaxing and taking in the views. The family enjoyed the farm animals in the rear paddock, this and other features gave us many... More

We returned home today after a 2 night at Lindsay House and what a wonderful stay it was! We were in the Cow n' Cabernet apartment which was upstairs and the view was so beautiful. I could sit at the top of the stairs for hours and take in the scenery. The house itself is quite well maintained and clean... More

We booked the entire house being 4 couples. We arrived late on the Friday evening to find that the downstairs suite had a plumbing problem with the toilet over flowing and a terrible stench outside the house. The following morning a irrigation guy was outside looking at the septic tank, he was not there to fix the internal issues, at... More

Just spent an amazing two nights at this beautiful house. There was originally 8 of us going but one couple had to pull out at the last minute. I booked both of the upstairs part of the home. It is absolutely massive. It was spotless. As were were celebrating our anniversary they had kindly left a lovely bottle of local... More

I stayed in the cow and Cabernet room on a recent trip to the Barossa and was most impressed with Lindsay house. Clean, very large premises and close to town. Would definitely recommend and will stay again on next trip. Wish I would have been there longer to enjoy sitting on Deck and enjoying a glass of wine to enjoy... More

Have just returned from our stay at Lindsay House and had to get on here and let everyone know how lovely this place is. It is massive. We stayed in the Cow Cabernet suite, the bedroom is huge with a large ensuite and walk in robe with double doors out onto the balcony. The lounge area is large also with... More

I was unsure about this accommodation, mainly because there weren't too many reviews about this house. we arrived 8pm to a warm house which is always welcomed on a coolish night. This house is HUGE and in a fantastic location of the Barossa Valley to base yourself from for day trips to all areas. We usually stay in Lyndoch, but as... More

Nice views and location but lacks that special something. Rooms were clean but tired. No satellite tv. Inadequate lighting from driveway to entry. No undercover parking.
