Terrible experience. Overgrown gardens, disgusting pool, unclean rooms, filthy mouldy showers, stains on quilt cover. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows flimsy, I doubted the sheet were even clean. Loud music being played in rooms, drawers missing from bed side tables, It was an horrific experience. Thank God it was only for one night.

For a hotel that advertises "enhanced cleaning measures" one would expect to find at the very least a clean room. What I found was: a mouldy shower curtain, stains on the walls, dust everywhere, a ripped pillow case, a band-aid on the curtain and my personal favourite a blood stained mattress (and not just a few drops either someone was bleeding profusely). Now I was expecting wear and tear such as the broken light and bathroom door that didn't close but for a hotel to claim the above and deliver a room such as this is just unacceptable.

This is the worst family room I have ever seen. Bloodstains on mattress, mold on shower curtain, bathroom door wouldn't stay closed, dirty stains on mirrors and dirty finger marks all over the tv. I was too scared to touch anything. We asked for a refund due to the condition of the room and they kept $125 as a cancellation fee - not acceptable. We moved to Country Motel and it was so much cleaner and nicer.

I stayed here for business, and I seriously don’t get all the bad reviews! The staff were lovely and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay. Considering I paid $82 for the night, it’s an absolute steal. If you want to stay in Hilton comfort, go and pay Hilton prices. I’ll be staying nowhere else next time I visit Ipswich.

This motel is the worst place I have ever stayed in. It us the dirtiest, gross rundown and untidy place ever. Very noisy with no consideration. I would not recommend this motel at all. It also smells .

It was late, I was tired and I could park a truck, then the sign said it had a restaurant. Well the check in was quick, the room I had allocated w looked reasonable on a quick inspection - but--- 1. there was no restaurant 2 there were no blankets on the bed, just the fitted bed covers (I did not discove tthis until reception was closed) 3 the shower was mouldy 4 the shower rose had been drilled out with a large drill bit, so there was plenty of water, but a bit like a waterfall, not a spray 5 the fly screen did not fit the open back window and louvers. 6 the curtains on the front window were falling off the rail so they did not keep the bright lights out. I could go on, but had I had time to read other reviews I would not have stayed and I will never stay again.

Not a good word to say. I guess you pay for what you get but not even worth $99 a night. WiFi is nothing unless you stand outside. No food. Air con is noisy. Pool is green. Ipswich suffers from the worst accommodation I have ever experienced but this place is the worst.
