Wife and I stayed here because we had early flight out. Friendly staff and motel clean and nice. Beds were great. Barn door on bathroom little noisy though. Breakfast was hot with good selection . Everything was to our complete satisfaction
The hotel was easy access staff very friendly and accommodations were clean and nice. Breakfast was self serve and room was kept clean and tables wiped. I would stay here again as it was quiet and away from city noise
We only stayed one night but I wished that we could have stayed there our whole vacation. The Decour was very modern, everything in the hotel was very clean, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and welcome. They let us park our car for a very small fee while we flew to our destination and when we returned we were able to utilize the transportation back from the airport provided by the Hampton Inn. It was the best experience we have had flying out of Omaha. We will definitely do this every time.
Pleasant hotel, comfy beds, room a bit small (we had a double Queen, so beds took up slot of space), great breakfast (kids loved the make-your-own-waffles bar). The hotel also has a small pool and workout room. Not luxurious spa facilities, but a good place for the kids to offload extra energy after traveling.
I had just a quick trip to Omaha and stayed here by the airport. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. I did not get to try the breakfast bc I had to leave early but the hotel shuttle was great.
I’ve never been to a hotel with more angry notes throughout the property. They were everywhere - from notes on the front door stating that the restrooms were only for paying customers, to notes in the elevator stating that housekeeping won’t be provided even on request, and notes in the hallways stating that 10PM was quiet time. We stayed here for two nights, the first of which in a room with a) dead bugs inside of the window, b) the loudest and least effective AC I’ve yet to experience in the US, c) a broken toilet, d) abysmal water pressure, e) a dirty bed, f) an un-emptied trashcan, and g) an extremely unpleasant smell coming from the HVAC. It was so bad that we were planning on checking out early and switch to another property. However, we stayed put and got a new room for the following night, and that room was in fact pretty good and had no issues except a serious lack of towels. The location was good, so was the breakfast. That being said, even with the second room being better, I just didn’t feel at ease during the stay, mostly due to all angry notes throughout the property, so I can’t really justify anything more than three stars.…
This is a business-travel class hotel. It’s clean, safe and the staff is excellent! They have a hotel shuttle and that’s becoming increasingly rare. Regrettably, I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area.
This is a very new hotel and is incredibly clean throughout. The rooms were actually quite beautiful but the lighting could use a bit of work in the main room as it is so bright in the bathroom and so dark in the bedroom. The pool was a great space to use even though it was smaller. They have complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. My only complaint was that the elevator stickers with the slogans on them had been ripped to shreds and looked awful. Please replace them as they gave us a false bad first impression.
Great place to stay. Jus nothing to do around the hotel unless you have a car. Close to downtown Omaha if you have a ride. I could’ve Ubered. But I was good hanging there. Im a truck driver and they were kind enough to let me take up some parking spots.
Hotel was clean and spacious. We stayed in a king bed room and was very pleased with it! The love seat pulled out to another bed so it was perfect for the kiddos. The bathroom was also really spacious and clean.
