Does exactly as you expect for a HI Express. did not disappoint in any way. quick easy convenient not much more you could wish for. Big rooms, decent coffee machine too - the ones that take the pods..
Very easy to locate and find. Friendly reception and quick check in. A very clean and comfortable room. Nice size bathroom and comfortable bed. Perfect for our stay the night before leaving from the airport. A quick breakfast to take with us due to an early departure otherwise breakfast was available.
Rooms are in good shape, bathroom is a good size. Breakfast was standard HI Express which was good. But the towels and wash clothes were the thinnest and cheapest of any hotel I have ever stayed in. That really put a damper on the experience. Cleanliness could have also been better. Bath towels with hair on them and carpets that were clearly not vacuumed before we checked in.
Stayed here as we had an early flight (6am) and shuttles leaves at 4:15a. Appeared clean until we went to sit on chase in room which had large stain. No excuse if they are “deep cleaning “ room. No hand soap in bathroom either. Makes us worried about their cleaning
This appears to be a relatively new hotel. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The desk staff was friently and efficient. It is quite close to the Omaha airport, but I had to call the hotel to ask for a shuttle. The shuttle was a small grey bus, not the usual Holiday Inn green, so be sure to ask drivers as they come by if they serve the Holiday Inn Express near the airport. The breakfast was the usual HI stuff. Not bad if it is not a steady diet and sufficiently varied to satisfy most tastes. Very acceptable for an overnight layover.
Their airport shuttle was not available and the hotel refused to help us rearrange another transportation option. The front desk staff was unbelievably rude and not helpful in any capacity. It was quite clear they did not care anything about helping guests.
Friendly greeting when we arrived and easy check in. Pretty new hotel. Lobby and room were very clean. We did the parksleepfly package. Their shuttle runs 24hrs. We requested 4am shuttle and were given the option of 3:45 or 4:15. The shuttle is shared amongst several hotels. I believe there are two drivers on weekends. The room was good size with hair dryer, iron board, safe good size desk and a small table. Beds were comfortable. If you leave before 6am they offer a sack lunch. I liked that our car stayed at the hotel while we gone for 8 days and not some off site parking. When we arrived back at the airport we only waited a few minuets for the shuttle. I wish i knew who was working the desk when we arrived.to check in Very friendly. Would stay again.
After 30 hours of flying from Asia back to the USA including several delays I arrived at nearly 3 am. Tiffany was so welcoming, sent the shuttle for me, welcomed me as an elite member, and made sure ai was taken care of. The hotel has been recently renovated and is looking great. She even gave me late checkout to compensate for my long day. The next day I was taken back to the airport to get my rental car with equally perfect service.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. A nice walk to CWS Games, plus they offer a shuttle (which also goes to Old Market and the airport). Rooms were clean and the staff was super nice. They enforce quiet time at 10, midnight on weekends — also nice although we didn’t have an issue even in a full hotel.
Stayed here recently due to an early morning flight out of the Omaha airport. I called the hotel back in March when I made the reservation to ensure I'd be able to use the park and fly option. They assured me I could do that. However, upon check-in I was informed the park and fly was full. I called IHG and told them the hotel website (and the person I spoke with over the phone) was misleading as it gives no indication that the park and fly is subject to availability and/or there is no option to make a reservation. I asked to be compensated for parking as I wouldn't have stayed at the hotel if I was going to have to drive to the airport anyway and there are many cheaper options. They refused to offer any compensation as "no error was made." I told them that's incredibly poor customer service and that I wouldn't be staying at any IHG hotels in the future.…
