Stayed here on a dance trip with my team. Was very noisy late at night due to the location so pack earplugs if you want to sleep!

Very basic rooms without a tea and coffee stand, so its worth purchasing a travel kettle if you like having tea and coffee in your room. Outdated but clean.

The food was very repetitive but there was a lot of choice. Buffet style meals which worked for a large group of us with fussy children but can become boring if you are staying for more than a few days.

Was a good trip overall and did what we needed it to do - were very accommodating for large groups of people but do not expect to have the most amazing hotel in the world.

Good morning, thank you for the feedback. Concerning the food, we understand that some food could not be to your liking but we would like to add that the quality of our menus is changed everyday to ensure a wide variety of dishes on offer. As for the kettles or tea making facilities our policy does not currently offer this type of service, our website has all the information about our services. Anyway in the buffet and in our bars we offer tea and coffee. In Lloret de Mar there are top months of tourist to visit our town to be in the center. We want to apologise but as stipulated in the brochure our hotel is located in the center of Lloret de Mar. In addition, we have security staff in charge of maintaining the well-being of our costumers. We hope you give us a second chance, best regards.

The hotel reception was nice and clean but when you get to the room it’s a bit disappointing they were quite small and we’re not clean the balcony was not safe either with the rail hanging off a fair amount. The food was okay the breakfasts were good the lunches were okay and the dinners were not great as the chicken hadn’t been cooked properly one night. but overall the food was decent and the tables were clean and well set there seemed to be a lot of schools so if you are wanting somewhere quieter go elsewhere the walls are also paper thin you can hear everything through them. The hotel is alright but you can’t beat the price. The location is very central and has many shops but can be loud at night. The fruit was atrocious though with mouldy oranges and flys on them. In my opinion it’s alright but good priced make sure you take photos of any damages or the staff will try and charge you for it. The hotel staff were ok but the restaurant staff were very cheery and nice and pleasant.

Although the photos are always very advantageous for the establishment, it is not very nice to lie to the customers... The swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are on the other side of the street, so you have to take your belongings from bathing, personal towel included, and make sure you are fairly dry and at least partially dressed to be able to return to your room! The buffet for the different meals looks copious in the photos but, in fact, they are essentially the same things in several copies. Canteen atmosphere, cuisine roughly in the same vein, buffet not refrigerated unless I'm mistaken, apart from the ice creams (scrambled powdered eggs without taste, grated carrots in a can that were inedible, gazpacho which had gone bad, it sparkled like Perrier, vegetables quite tasteless, etc.). On the other hand, it is forbidden to take fruit, I was reminded to order by the lady at the entrance to the room, which, given the mediocrity of the little I had swallowed, seems to me quite daring, even bordering on "crazy nonsense"... Two or three coffee machines for 300 and some rooms... not even a small pot to make tea, otherwise perfectly tasteless. Despite everything, the room, functional, was clean, like the bathroom and the staff were rather friendly and polite, which is not always the case in France. The location of the hotel is to be avoided if you want to hope to sleep without earplugs from Friday evening, because you are surrounded by bars, restaurants but especially nightclubs... and Lloret is famous for its nights. calientes”!!! We don't pay much out of season but we understand why I….

We were very happy with the hotel, we booked an adapted room as I have reduced mobility and it was perfect with a fabulous bathroom. The hotel catered for all types of diversities with several groups there to enjoy Christmas. The buffet was great, lots of choice and lovely seafood for Christmas! The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the dining room staff. Perhaps I would have expected a few more facilities in the room to make it a 4-star hotel but the ground floor/reception etc. was great. Thank you!

The location was terrible, the hotel was behind a
McDonald's and Burger King which you could see
from the balcony. The hotel itself was nothing like
the pictures, the pictures show different restaurants/
bars and lovely pools which are false, the pools were
small and overcrowded, and the restaurant had a
very basic and bland interior. I had a breakfast
included with my reservation, me and my family
struggled to find something to eat as it
definitely did not to cater to English people with
English foods, the breakfast buffet consisted of
stale breads and rolls, burnt scrambled eggs and a
big bowl of what I think was tomatoes in juice. All I
had for breakfast every day was one slice of toast
with very runny jam which could be poured onto it.
The room was basic, small fridge with a very
uncomfortable bed. Every night they had music
blasting out until midnight which made it even worse
to try and get some sleep. For the few first days of
our stay we had at least 3 kids football teams
staying there as well, these kids were running across
the hallway screaming every night, taking over both
pools and running around them in between the sun-
beds. This is not the place you would want to go to if
you're looking for a family holiday, wish I had known
that before we booked there

Reception was quite nice and the hotel staff were very kind and assisted with any problems that we faced. I came here for a school trip and our only intentions for the hotel were for sleeping and food, so I didn't mind if it wasn't the greatest. The good was very good and catered for any liking, the menu varied and overall enjoyable, there were a couple dodgy foods that probably were either not fully cooked or out of date but noone is sick yet so I don't think it wasn't the worst. The room was very much a tight area as it seems to have three bed squeezed into a room only designed for at most two, it really wasn't too much of a bother though since the only problem came to put our luggage somewhere efficient. I still enjoyed the room and it had everything I needed for my trip and the room service was nice, bathroom was a little annoying with no lock and water ending up all on the floor after a shower, fortunately it would dry up so I didn't mind it too much.

Not the best. The hotel was nice with lovely staff and a nice downstairs and receiption but when you go up to your Rooms it’s a different story the walls have huge cracks in them you could hear an ant through the walls because they are so thin. The shower head gets unscrewed and the water pressure is awful. The food was nice for the first 2 days then it went downhill from there the veg was wilted and there wasn’t any apple that didn’t have a big fat worm crawling through it and the chicken was raw.

You can't get any closer to the strip! The hotel is clean, but the rooms small. For a 4 person room, there was no space between the beds and suitcases were on the beds during the day. Breakfast is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and is therefore not feasible for most enthusiastic walkers. It was not tasty, croissant tasted like paper. Dinner was fine for a week, not much variety in terms of vegetables. Fries alternated with potatoes. Yet there was often something new. Hotel is located almost on the strip, and maximum 30 steps away from tropics. The club of Lloret. That made the location ideal. Hotel bosses are strict, so taking a nice guy to the hotel room is practically impossible. There is security at the door at night.

the restaurant is opposite crossing the street, paid parking (15€) in another street with 20 spaces only. So in full board to eat you have to cross the street 3 times. Soundproofing of rooms null. Meals of any kind.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Although the photos sell the dream, the hotel has nothing of a 4 star between the lights in the rooms which do not work, the fact that it is filled with dust, when the cleaning ladies pass by they leave more mess that there were at the start and I'm not talking to you about the false words from reception saying that they would send technicians who never appear.
In addition, they quickly get annoyed when they receive customers complaining about their room card since it only works once in 3.
If only it were only that, since the “magnificent” views from the rooms give a pleasant landscape of the hotel opposite and the trash cans!!
Without forgetting that to access the swimming pools you have to cross the street opposite in front of the restaurant and the bar present so that they are saltier than the sea and of course to return to the hotel you have to be completely dry otherwise that stay outside so a great idea of genius.
On the other hand, the billiards are very good, the reception is perhaps the only impeccable place.
So to tell you the truth, we feel better at McDonald's and BK 50m away than in this hotel, 4 stars as much deserved as Messi's last 4 Golden Balls.
