We booked 7 night stay as an all inclusive package And were not disappointed, in fact we were very surprised especially with the standard and choice of food, we both love seafood and there was plenty every time we entered the dining room. The dining room staff were so efficient and work so hard, especially at the weekend when it became very busy, wait times were kept to a minimum because of their excellent organisation. The same can be said of the bar staff who again were very pleasant and worked hard, we never queued for very long during our stay even at busy times. We had a lovely room on the 9th floor overlooking the sea, mountains & the whole of Lloret, the mountain sunsets each evening were a delight. Overall we had a very nice stay and would not hesitate to return.

We travel around the world a lot in last 9 years but never come across receptionists so rude and ignorant as in this hotel. Her name is Marta and as I was told by other staff members I'm not the only one who experience her rudnes. I have booked a room with balcony and sea view and got a basement room with tiny window with a bin view. I thought this must be just general mistake but when I went back to the recipient I was told this is what I paid for and thej don't have other room to offer. When I asked when will be a chance to update our room I was told I DON'T KNOW as we all know in the Covid restrictions hotels is allowed only 50% compared but this hotel was obviously over booked. After a very long argument with Mrs Marta and after involving hotel manager and health and safety officer all over suddenly she found other room for us still not the one what we paid for but with tiny balcony for one person only. I swear I never had worse experience in my life. Nobody ever treats me as bad as this woman. The manager needs open his eyes to what going on in his hotel. NEVER EVER AGAIN FOR ME AND MY FRIENDS

The worst experience ever. Receptionist Marta is the most rude ignorant person ever. She was shouting at me after I asked for attention before I was ignored when I was speaking to her . We got the room with no standards whatsoever. Definitely it wasn't a room with balcony and sea views what we paid for. But after be told as is no other room available (remember is covid and the hotel is allowed only 50% amount of guests) and we will be have to stay in a basement room with a bin views. After I was told Mrs Marta I will call health and safety officer she found the room for us but definitely not the on what we paid for. I swear I never be treated so badly like there oh and don't be hopping for working air-conditioning. Because is we was told is to experience to have it on. DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN Hotel manager you should think about changing your self they really doesn't work on your favourite!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to wholeheartedly thank the staff of the pool bar and restaurant together with the manager for their hard work in the heat, these people saved my stay from disaster. I recommend a room on the top 9th floor with a view of the whole city. The food is very good and varied and competes calmly with the best cuisines in the world. Unfortunately not everything is always beautiful so separate thanks go to ADDUL, the bar manager, for letting me know some foods that helped me avoid EXPLOSIVE POLARITY. 25 THE OTHER ROOMS WERE NOT AS HAPPY AS ME. RESPECT ADULTS, MY MEN. The construction of a new building next to the hotel did not bother us at all, as did the damaged toy guns in the children's pool, both saunas out of service, or an empty jacuzzi for several days without any notice. I did not find a gym, and apparently I was not the first person to look for one during the holidays. Since there was no gym, I didn't have to worry about a kids club for my son who was always closed anyway.
