On arrival we were allocated our room no.403 by the man in reception who didn't seem to bothered to speak to us . On exiting the lift on the 4th floor it became apparent that they don't own a Hoover in the hotel the carpets were filthy and full of stains and smelt not very pleasant . The room was...

Hotel facilities and staff are nice, but hotel needs big improvement in cleaning services. When we arrived, there was big amount of this black hair lying around the floor. Frame of the bed, shower, walls were dirty too. Around the pool there are no sunshades, so we were hiding below the balconies while enjoying our drinks. There is free Wi-fi...

We went in a group of 12 on 18th July, we were a family group. We arrived at 1am and there were 2 surly security guards on reception who weren't very friendly or helpful. Air con didn't work toilet was broke shower was broke bed was broke , asked reception to sort it and wasn't sorted once for the 4 days we were there and transport transfer reception didn't help at all as to where we were to be picked up from pictures are deceiving on web as place is I. Very clean hotel nothing for my 14 yr old.Food was same every day,Bit of respect for the barman/barmaids and you can get more than one drink. Overall would only go back on a stag weekend .just a shame nothing for kids

Worst hotel I've stayed with in my life, rooms are so unsafe the balcony door wouldn't shut didn't get the sea view I paid for either wanted a double room they gave twin room and i paid for all these extras staff was so rude it is unbelievable should of believed all the bad comments and never went to this...

When arrived late at night we found our room so dirty that we were afraid to use a toilet. We were not offered any refreshments because the kitchen was closed so we had to buy our own food that night despite we paid for all inclusive stay. Air conditioning was broken so the temperature in our room showed 29 degrees....

Mainly 18yr old germans staying here, had to queue for drinkswith a token only 1 bar staff, air con didn't work properly, carpets in hall ways were stained. Plus side staff were friendly and very hard working
