We arrived on the 20/01/19 around 3 pm just for the check in and it all started. First of all the receptionist Fatima, seeing that we are a couple and reserved a room with one king bed( obviously for a couple) she has sent us to a room with two single beds( very nice). Anyway

Dear AlexR3877, We sincerely regret all the situation described. Concerning the bed a new King Size Bed Room was immediately provided. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the Car Parking please let me inform you that being charged for this service is not something unusual or extraordinary in the Hotel Industry. We have announced the car parking surcharge in every reservation channel. We are truly sorry if you have received a fine. However we can not consider this issue our receptionist fault at all. Ultra low season, But No free parking 15 euro/day. At 16h we where not able to order a meal in the hotel, the only thing available was 2 slices Bread with salmon for 11 euro. We look forward to use the indoor Spa, But stupid rules prevented thus. Without swimcap you are not

I kindly inform you that due to hygienic standards swimpcaps must be used in order to acces our Spa facilities (those swimcaps are available at the Spa Desk). Always, the access to the Spa facilities is guaranteed under previous payment as previously informed. I am so sorry to read that room temperature was too hot during cold winter time. Great facilities for family meetings. Light and cosy gym. Beautiful gardens. Easy to park. Breakfast is not varied but it is good quality. The staff at the reception could be friendlier. We enjoyed our stay since this hotel outstands in quality to most hotels in Lloret.

Our two kids used inflatable doughnuts without problem although it wasn’t high season so the pool wasn’t busy. Perhaps in high season the use of these would be limited due to the room they take up in the pool. Arm bands etc though I am sure will be fine especially as they are required for safety. I can’t see the hotel objecting at all but email them anyway to put your mind at rest. .
