Sant Pere del Bosc Hotel & Spa was created with the intention of being a special place. Along with its modernist history, dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, and its understated, natural and tranquil environment, we can add the extra value of dedication, constancy, attention to detail, honesty, discretion, work spirit and professional services that intend to convert this outstanding hotel into a turning point in the conceptualization of 21st century catering and hospitality. The hotels 19 suites, each individually designed, invite the guest to repeat his stay looking for a different atmosphere which can be found in each room. It´s Spa, which offers more than 50 different treatments along with a detailed brochure on Ayurveda (a form of massage), transforms us into a genuine place where you are free to relax, renew and rediscover yourself. Let’s not forget the Mediterranean gastronomy that we offer in our restaurant, which in itself is unique and inspiring.Sant Pere del Bosc aims to become that exclusive getaway that people need in order to rediscover themselves and those around them, and is working to become a known quiet spot where guests feel completely cared for during their wellness process. In order to provide these services, our team has been specially selected according to their personalities and their raw talent. The pleasure of taking care of others must be born from within; our personal goal is to turn these qualities into a first class profession.Ultimately at Sant Pere del Bosc Hotel & Spa we want to allure our clients into using their five senses, or in other words, we want to be a point of reference where “letting yourself be loved” becomes a habit.

Excellent hotel, spacious clean rooms, awesome breakfast and great service. Only 18 rooms located on 3 floors, big swimming pool and cosy SPA with sauna and indoor swimming pool. Unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

AVOID! This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, this is in no way a 5 star hotel, I would say more like 3 stars. The place is dirty, the sink and shower in the room were broken and the service was by far the worst part. On our last day we complained and told the hotel about our awful experience in which they told us they would give us a free massage( which was very nice the lady was lovely) and a free lunch, however we never received the free lunch promised and had to pay after we had eaten We then asked the lady to book us a taxi for 5pm as we had a bus to catch and she said she would. We arrived at 5pm and no taxi had been booked for us and she was avoiding us sitting in the back room while leaving another man to deal with this. We had to wait 45 minutes for a taxi and missed our bus back to Barcelona leaving us having to pay for another bus ticket, waiting for two hours in the bus station and missing our plans in Barcelona for the night. If you are used to staying in 5 star hotels you will not be happy with the service or amenities at this establishment. DISGRACE

The scenery is great including the restaurant, spa and swimming pool. The rooms are underwhelming and definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. It is not well maintained and needs a renovation. Staff and service of the hotel is minimal. Restaurant service and quality of food was very good.

Great get away. Far from the overly touristic Lloret. Nature immersed hotel with great rooms and facilities, very kind staff. Breakfast had home made sweet buffet... awesome. could of used a bit more hot dishes

Stayed there with my kids and in the lovely room a cupboard came lose which broke my Serengeti sunglasses. Hotel manager promised to refund my sun glasses immediately. Since then no professional follow up, I get blah blah answers and manager Eli is telling me his is tired of this sh*t.... Am still hoping for this to be solved and to be treated like you'd expect from a real 5* hotel.. Am willing to change my feedback after I get my 170 euro sunglasses refunded....

Stayed here one night with my 17 and 20 year old girls mid vacation after a week in the city to mix it up and do some spa R and R before heading down to Costa Brava We happened to check in at the same time as a VIP client so idk if that was the issue but my Spanish is good enough to understand we were not welcome tourists. The front desk was quick to move us along. I went back later to inquire about use of the spa and dinner and was treated pretty much the same like I was bothering them. We ended up just staying in for the evening and not enjoying either. Our grand suite was very comfortable. The next morning we found our own way to breakfast and the wait staff was refreshingly lovely and the highlight of our short visit. We asked to use the indoor spa facilities the next morning and had to go back to the desk a couple of times to get someone to help us out. However we saw couples escorted to their lockers and given fresh towels and keys. I was very disapointed in our stay. What we had hoped would be a special highight to our trip turned out to be a sour spot for us.

Dear Kim, Thank you very much for your comment. Our customer service quality department is working deeply to understand what may have happened. It is true that that day we had a lot of work at the reception and maybe the excellent service we are used to give could not be given. I would also like to tell you that all our clients are special and unique, something that we like to highlight. Thanks again for your comment, which helps us improve every day. Best regards

This is a beautiful setting, away from the chaos of Lloret de Mar. The outdoor patio overlooking the pool and with views to the sea is great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and the attached restaurant which is run as a separate business is FANTASTIC (try the tasting menu, explore the wine list). I could not open my room's window and the air conditioning seemed to keep shutting itself off every few hours, but this was not a huge issue (just a slight annoyance). At times, it felt the staff didn't know what to do -- suggesting it's "not allowed" that we eat our breakfast outside instead of in a less comfortable indoor dining area, or what to charge for the advertised laundry service (they came up with a fair price after some work). The pool is lovely and relaxing. The biggest change I would suggest is the breakfast. It is very basic food and the quality is not very good. For 15 Euros per person it is NOT worth it, but other options are a few kilometers away, so there is no convenient alternative. Additionally, the dining area where it is served is a poor choice compared to a small outdoor patio with a pergola just around the corner, with views and nice breeze blowing -- the patio is lovely. The music in the breakfast area should also be changed -- it is not Spanish, and at times just seems silly (example: a jazz version of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" being played in July). If I am in the area again, I would definitely stay here again, perhaps next year if our group comes to the area again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words, your comment is very much apreciated. We take into very serious consideration each of our guests' comments. About the widows and air conditioning, all of the windows are closed for safety reasons but can be opened. The staff have handles that can be asked for at the front desk, they will gladly help anyone with that. And the air conditioning shuts off it self when the room reaches a certain temperature which is measured with a climate control. We are sorry you thought the breakfast was not worth it, we will work to improve that. On the sitting area, we think it was a misunderstanding. We would have arrenged a table outside for you. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us, the surroundings and the views. We hope to see you again very soon.

Stayed here for 1 night. We had a room in the basement which was just a little disappointing to what I was expecting from when we turned up as the building looked amazing. Firstly..the room was immaculately clean and pleasant, however for the price we paid I felt it didn’t meet up to our expectations .. The welcome letter was addressed to someone else ( maybe the previous guest), we wanted to order a bottle of wine in our room but there was no information in the room about room service etc etc so we didn’t order one. There was no information in the room for the WiFi password...i tried to phone reception...no answer...so I walked up to reception..however the man on reception didn’t have a clue what the WiFi password was..however he kindly brought it to our room 15 minutes later and the signal when we got it was very weak.. In the meantime, I had a shower and the handset broke off the wall in my hand so for the rest of the stay We rinsed under the bath tap because the taps were annoyingly complicated and we couldn’t work them ( don’t laugh as there were no instructions on them!!). There was no tea or coffee making facilities, no complimentary water... low quality furniture in the room and not enough of it. The jacuzzi bath on the patio was a real treat, however it took 35-45 minutes to fill and there was only one privacy screen ( giving you privacy only directly to your neighbour) and no privacy to the garden which was not a private garden. Would have been nice to have extra towels by the jacuzzi bath..so had to use previous wet ones we had used earlier. We arrived at breakfast at 10.45am ( a little late I suppose) however the warmers for the food had been turned off..so the scrambled egg, sausages and bacon were stone cold. 😏..oh and breakfast wasn’t included in the £250 room charge but we were charged €3> for a bottle of water out of the mini bar. It would have been lovley to have a little information in the room about th history of the hotel etc. I really don’t want to be negative about this hotel as it could be a fantastic stay if all of the little bits didn’t add up. If I would have paid £80 for this room, I would have been happier however at £250 I was not and didn’t feel that it was worth it sorry. The staff however were very pleasant and courteous.

Dear Mr. Langson First of all we want to thank the fact send us your impressions, as these will help us achieve a better service. We regret the fact of not having fulfilled your expectations. We struggle daily to get to satisfy our customers and it is obvious that there are details that we need to improve. From this moment, the general manager of the hotel has taken the decision to respond to your comments and we are going to provide better information to our guests both in their rooms as at the time of check-in. (Password WI-FI, room service, ect.) In addition, the rooms with access to the garden with outdoor jacuzzi will have an extra set of towels and curtains that give greater privacy to the terrace will be from May to September (currently only installed during the months of June to August)… That is to say, we are going to try to do everything possible to achieve a marked improvement, that we will succeed, and that way we will be able to meet, not only your expectations, also the rest of all our customers. Thank you again.
