Nice hotel, reception was great, room was good size, very comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast setting on rooftop deck with good selection of foods. Enjoyable stay. There was a problem with billing after I checked out that w2s quickly and easily resolved. Highly recommend.

After looking for some place to stay in Trapani we decided to book three nights at the Residence La Gancia and weren’t disappointed Our suite was located at 4 th floor with a terrace and the view was lovely There was a kitchenette but there wasn’t a air exhaustion system and there the tap water was not drinkable, so we didn’t use it. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was good served at top floor with sea view. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, a bit slow Overall, it was a nice place to stay, well located with many restaurants nearby. Public parking near the hotel, not expensive ( easy to find a place in low season)

I reserved 12 rooms at La Gancia for my group of 16 artists. All I can say is that it was so good, I had not one complaint from my group. If you've ever organized trips for groups, you know how rare it would be not to have at least one complaint! I must have passed 100 emails to Rosanna in the months leading up to our stay. And her smiling face was the first thing I saw when we checked in - she came out to our van and we had a big hug. Not all the rooms are the same, but as one reviewer stated - it doesn't matter what view you have because all you have to do is go up to the rooftop bar/lounge and see as far as the eye can see. Rosanna, Claudia and Aurora were all so helpful and all spoke English well enough. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, swimming within 100 yards of the front door. And the water temperature was comfortable and the colors of the water were mesmerizing. Breakfasts were filled with all kinds of great choices, the showers were the best, beds comfy and WiFi strong. Very nice appartement / family suite- very good welcome . The room was very well kept and spacious . Nice and comfortable bathroom would definitely recommend the place and come back. It is in the Center in front of the see perfect location to enjoy that enchanting city .

We recently stayed at this hotel fronting the beach. Equipped with a lift, air conditioning, and offering a nice breakfast on the terrace. Only paid street parking available within walking distance. Coins needed. Friendly and helpful staff.

My parents stayed at this hotel 5 years ago & when I told them I would be visiting Trapani they suggested I book our stay at La Gancia. Good call! We arrived to find a friendly, helpful staff, clean, efficient, well air conditioned room and woke up the following morning to a perfect Italian breakfast on a rooftop with serene, beautiful views. I cannot write this review without thanking GianLuca and Claudia for their tireless efforts in trying to help us. My medication was left in a car and they did they all they could to help us track it down and retrieve it - not a small feat! I missed a few doses, but thanks to their help we got the meds back and were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Thank you both so much for all you did - your kindness will never be forgotten We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. …

We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. We had a big sea view appartment with bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen. Hotel is right next to a little nice beach in beautiful old town of Trapani. Location is perfect. Rooftop lounge has beautiful views and breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Staff is helpful and nice. Very good value and a beatiful old town.

Stayed here two nights at beginning of July. Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. Close proximity to everything. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel room was large with all the proper amenities. Breakfast in the rooftop was fabulous with a great selection.

We stayed two nights here and would have stayed more if we knew how much we would enjoy it! We parked our car just down the road along the beach for a very reasonable rate. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable - ask for an ocean view. Breakfast and cocktails were served on the fourth floor terrace, some of which is inside if the sun is too intense. Trapani is a very charming town with lots of side trips also available. We would definitely return here.
