This is a review for the hotel customer service and Nagia who was fantastic to communicate with from the beginning. We booked back in February for our August trip and unfortunately had to cancel due to the travel restrictions that would ban us from entering Greece. Nagia was very understanding and personally went to a bank to process the refund of our deposit and we split the fees which was more than fair. We are looking forward to rebooking our trip and really value the integrity of this hotel during this extraordinary time.

A bit removed from the hustle and bustle but a great find. Relaxing and special. Beautiful views, amazing staff. Definitely recommend this place. A beautiful place to see the sunrise every morning. A walk away to the Medusa, another great find.

Great place to stay. The decor and setup with two story lofts, private balconies and a quaint open air common area for breakfast made it unique. The view can't be beat either! The hostess Christina was a sweetheart who makes custom ordered breakfasts. Check out the village below called Mandrakia. Very quaint with maybe the best seafood restaurant on the island (packed every night which is an indication). Only downside was no pool. I heard it's coming and not a big deal, but would round out the facilities if they had it. Very peaceful. Our family loved our stay there. See pic for view and hostess Christina.

A lovely place in front of one of the most beautiful harbour of the island. The room and the sea view are amazing. The breakfast served by Kristina is delicious. Nagia and Kristina are extremely kind and helpful, giving us advice and even booking the best restaurants for us. They did the utmost to let us enjoy Milos island.
