We booked for 4 nights and moved out after 2 nights. We arrived late on the first night, the balcony doors were opened and molds came into the room. Dirty and stained carpet. We moved into a boutique hotel with no star rating but feel better. We don't even feel appetite with the breakfast.

Good location, close to park entrance, room average, no tea bags in room, breakfast(chinese buffet ) even worse, no coffee or tea, if there's tea, I couldn't find it, in the end I drank watery soup to quench the thirst. Elevator is dirty with curl rug than can't trip people. Lobby looks nice and spacious with terrible oversize fake leather... More

Good location - near park entrance, near shops and bars. That are only advantages. Hotel is dirty, noisy, bathroom floods after using shower. Nobody speaks English, Front desk staff is indifferent, does not pay attention at you, most probable because you do not speak Chinese. It takes 40 minutes to check out. Breakfast is only for Chinese people, thus you... More

I would not recommend staying here. The carpet was so dirty with stain, it should be ripped up. The bathroom had mould in the shower, no toiletries supplied that you would normally get, so byo. There is a shower caddie in the shower but with so much mould around we didnt use. The fridge wasn't on so our drinks and... More

This hotel is well located within walking distance of the entrance to the Zhangjiajie Forest Park - Eastern entrance. There is a small tourist market a couple of blocks away and a number of restaurants and shops in the block behind. As usual the foyer of the hotel is impressive and there is a small shop with essentials and souvenirs... More

Dirty, dirty, dirty... Huge property, it seems once a promising hotel, totally neglected, no maintenance and no service. Noisy chinese groups, chinese breakfast which is OK, we are in China, but no coffee available and nobody speaks even one word of English. All of these is not the main problem since we are open to knowing "local culture", but the... More

This hotel unfortunately has the bones and the potential to be a great hotel, but the rooms were so dirty, we ended up moving to the Pullman and were pretty much willing to do so for any amount of money. I've seen dirty carpets before, but this was so bad, I was unwilling to walk at all anywhere in my... More

I stayed here for three nights while visiting Zhangjiajie on a solo trip. The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location very close to the entrance gate to Zhangjiajie National Park. My room was of a very good standard - tidy, clean, and had all the amenities I needed and expected. I had a lovely balcony and the... More

The hotel ground covered a large area that consisted of multiply areas. Hunan Provence law lists that hotels must charge fee for shampoo and other bathroom amenities. Thus they have a large container like soap so bring your own if your not comfortable. However the shower drain had a problem and drained slowly. The balcony was cool however the balcony... More

My first night was in a room right next door to a road which is being built. I admire the work ethic of the Chinese. That heavy machinery worked all night long! The next day I was moved to another room, upon request, with assistance of the tour guide - no English speaking staff. This time on the ground floor.... More
