Dreamy destination only 1h away from Marrakech!! Located in the middle of the mountains and nature, the hotel is incredibly quiet. We immediately felt calmed, relaxed. The hotel is in a breathtaking setting: the view of the mountains is splendid! It's a view your eyes have to experience. Beautiful is the least I can say. Don't forget to bring a book to read by the fireplace (if you plan to come in winter). I also really enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the wood crackling at night (instead of car horns and marrakesh's nightlife). The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Some of the best service we've received in Morocco. Special thanks to Jamie, Adam and Mouhssine. What a team! They made our stay so enjoyable.
My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at L'Amandier. The view is simply amazing, as you sit by a pool that overlooks a valley with mountains on all sides. We hiked up mountains and through berber villages each morning, and then sat by the pool all afternoon, before having dinner underneath the many, many stars. There's nothing at all wrong with sitting by that pool all day, though. What a relaxing way to spend a few days. The staff is excellent--very friendly and attentive, and speak excellent English. The food is also very good--I liked how some of their items fused Moroccan ingredients with American classics. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and have wonderful views. The hotel also felt very safe and airy, for these COVID-days. I highly recommend the hotel, it's an ideal getaway.…
We finished our 6 night trip to Marrakech with two nights at the idilic L’Amandier hotel. The hotel boasts stunning views of the Atlas Mountains and perfectly kept gardens making the grounds an extremely peaceful space to relax and unwind in. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil settings and relaxed ambience throughout the hotel. Jamie & Aidan and the whole team were fantastic and we enjoyed getting to know them. Everyone was very friendly and the level of service was excellent. The food at the restaurant was all locally sourced and of a very high standard. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony & by the pool enjoying the calm days and beautiful sunsets behind the mountains, and having our bedroom fireplace stocked with wood and a lovely fire on one evening. Definitely 5 stars, we’d recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. Thank you to all the team for making us feel very welcome and rested in the new year!!…
Just got back from a fab stay. Breathtaking views, lovely attention to detail and gorgeous hostessing and cooking. As another review said- service is second to one. We went to a couple of local places, competitors really, but they just didn't measure up on any level. Special thanks must go to Mustafa who was just brilliant and Whaled who should be the next Moroccan king. It's not a great place for young families, ours are a bit older so we were fine for the few days. We can't wait to come back but without children!
We just got back from Morocco and spent a couple of nights in this mountainous haven. Simple and stunning hotel with a boutique vibe. It's a gem... the people who work here and run it are full of the right gestures and happy attitude. Thanks so much to all of you.
