Location isn’t terrible but wifi is terrible and getting items sent to your room is quite terrible. The rooms are okay. When I got to mine, the door was open and all the lights were on. Not gona lie, kinda freaked me out. Shared microwave downstairs by front desk.

So overall acceptable but there were some issues. The personnel at the front desk were nice but our first set of room card keys didn't work. Also, for security, they have elevators so that you cannot go above the 5th floor without using your room card key. I get that but it was a circus since they work poorly at best. At one point we had an elevator filled with people and tried three different cards and still, none of us could get the elevator to work. I guess due to Covid breakfast is only a buffet at $16 a person but it would have been nice to order an omelet or something. The first-night guest services called the room asking who we were. There must have been a lot of mixing up since when I checked my credit card they charged for 3 nights instead of two, glad I checked. They did reserves the third night less 30 cents oddly enough? Overall it was survivable but we will not return to this one, lots of choices in Raleigh.

I can honestly say this is by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was just there one night for a business trip and was too tired to even try to get a clean room. Only 1 towel and no tissue paper in the room. Every inch of the room was covered in dust and dirt. The coffee maker thing was filthy. Sugar and hair all over the area. I have several bites on my legs after sleeping in the room. Two big roach looking bugs in the bath room and ants covered the coffee station area.

attended a wedding Raleigh and stayed at this hotel. Was really excited about staying in a Sheraton. Boy, what a letdown. Everything was so old and outdated. The room did not have a fridge or microwave as most hotels do. There were no extra blankets in the closet or drawers. The TV must have been one of the first flat screen TVs made. Over 17 floors and only two elevators, one out of service. There was no welcome package with close by eating places, etc. Had to pay $18 to park across the street in a garage and lug all the luggage across as the drop off circle was a mad house. Entirely too much money for a room that I stayed in, even with the discount for the wedding party. Would never stay at this hotel again.

We were super disappointed with this hotel. It’s out-dated all the worst ways: • A/C hardly worked. Very hot in the room, despite thermostat set at 65-68 • Hard, uncomfortable mattress • Stained sheet • Deflated pillows • Shower curtain was falling down • Ripped up/old wood bottom of bathroom door • Old, outdated small TV sitting on table off to one side. • Outdated shower knobs and slow-draining tub • No mini fridge We wouldn’t stay here again. ***It was reminiscent of a motel*** We’d just had a great experience with ALoft hotels in Asheville, and would go there in Raleigh, too, next time without question. Don’t waste your money here!
