We stayed here two nights based on reviews. It just wasn’t what we expected. The room was dated and small. Disappointed the rooms didn’t have mini frig”s. Due to Covid there was no room service which was fine, but they didn’t leave any extra towels, shampoo, soap or coffee and we were there for a couple nights. I went down to the lobby for coffee the second day and no coffee. They had a coffee shop on the second floor which was also closed. I went to the desk to ask for extra coffee and they didn’t have any and recommended to go to Starbucks a block away. At least the parking was free on the weekends but across the street.

At a quick glance the hotel is fine but once you look closer in the rooms you’ll see that everything needs a good scrub... Even without the COVID 19 situation. The per night room cost does not reflect in the quality of rooms.

Where to start! We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years unfortunately we probably won't stay there again. Upon checking in and accessing our room, the toilet was clogged with old toilet paper, and the refrigerator we requested was no where to be found. The T.V. offered no stations and you could not even rent a movie if you wanted. As far as enjoying a walk outside, I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to get constant harassment from the newly devoted homeless shelter/section 8 housing people taking up all the street benches and asking for money. Most businesses are closed, the streets are empty except for the homeless people, and there is graffiti and vandalism everywhere. Total disgrace to Raleigh.

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends. The hotel is in the middle of the city so it was super convenient. When we checked in Preston at the front desk was so friendly and nice and was quick to make any accommodations he was so great. The room was super clean and the hotel in general had a great vibe. Thanks to Preston and the staff for making it a great girls weekend.

Hotel itself was nice but staff was rude and unaccommodating. During check in , the staff didn’t tell us about parking , how to get to my room, breakfast anything. He just handed me my key and started back working on his computer. I had to ask him where do I park and how do i get to my room. The room didn’t have tissue in it 😡😡.. the room was half clean , i found hair on the table. The ice machine on the 11th floor was broke. Not to mention something was flying in our room. I will be emailing the CEO of this hotel bc staff needs lots of training . They all seem to be unhappy here. No welcome to Sheraton or nothing lol “ can i help you “ is what i got
