This is your average, run of the mill Hampton Inn. Nothing great, nothing awful. The first room they assigned to us had no working air-conditioning, but they promptly reassigned us to another level, and all was fine. Front desk staff is friendly. Parking lot is a little dark to my taste, especially in a city.

This hotel needs a major face lift. Not only does it look and feel extremely old, the mattresses and amenities have not been updated either. Worst Hampton/Hilton property I have ever experienced. The only business center available is sitting in the open in the lobby.

Dirt rooms and soiled linens, extremely small fitness room, breakfast was not well stocked, location is average. Also our Check in experience was very slow and extremely inefficient. No housekeeping available after 2pm.

Poor room quality, hotel in need of a refresh. Staff was disinterested, cold water for 2 days. Billing was wrong. I suggest finding another hotel. There are other and better Hamptons & Hilton properties in the area. Chose one of those until corporate takes action and gets this place right.

Issues with check in (system was down) so we waited over 30min to check in otherwise the stay was good. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good, the staff was helpful and they were apologetic for our inconvenience during check in

My son and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in November for a weekend soccer tournament. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodative. I think the lobby has been updated, but the rooms are in need of serious updating....not dirty, just really old... While the location of the hotel is good, i am sure you can find...

I felt that I have had excellent experiences in other Hilton hotels. This hotel gave me an average experience which is not a bad thing but I will not go out of my way to stay there again. House keeping was great and breakfast was very good(so was the staff). There was a plumbing problem the day I arrived and...

Rooms sorely need updating, they definitely need a decorators touch. Breakfast selections could have been improved and better quality items. Not all rooms had the amenities that were described online. Prior to arrival staff assured that we would either have adjoining rooms (requested) or at a minimum the rooms would be in close proximity to each other. We received neither....

Location of this hotel is good, though there is a lack of attention to simple things like a good mattress and functional AC that cools to the temp set. Needs paint and carpet in rooms, overall has the appearance of an aging hotel that needs help.

I have stayed at this hotel several times while in town on business. My review is a summary of these experiences. The Good... + Location: near downtown, grocery, restaurants + Hilton property: reward points + Low price for a Hilton property The Not So Good... - Limited number of luggage carts. None were availalbe during two of my stays, and...
