This hotel is not complying with CoVid19 statewide mandates. The signage on the front door belies what is happening inside. Even employees are not wearing masks and I was rushed upon, by an entire unmasked family, as I tried to exit the elevator. The front desk supervisor (no mask) just shrugged and mumbled something about long term occupants. I would not have stayed at this hotel, had I known this.

Customer service was Great! Clean hotel. Due to the virus we could not swim, soda machine on 1st floor was down for 28 days and we could not have a hot breakfast, but other than that the hospitality was very good,

Excellent location and great clean rooms, this hotel is very well run and the staff are friendly and helpful. Needed a fan in the middle of the night and Chris went way above and beyond to find one... front desk agents Nadia & Anastasia were great from offering things to do and to making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Maury checked me in and was so friendly and nice. I had a great night sleep, breakfast wasnt great because of pandemic. But I'm happy I stayed here and it was a good price. The hotel is located towards lots of restaurants and a full grocery store (Wegmans) all that you can walk to.

Enjoyed our stay, even with COVID going on we brought our own spray & wipes & we also travel with our roku. It was nice to go see some things, get a meal & then relax in the room at night. Only downfall was the only cleaned our room 1/4 nights we were there. Granted, we were back to the room by 11am mornings & they still hadn't reach our room. We drove and arrived early and staff got us an extra night and by Tuesday the maids gave us a new stack, TP & any toiletries we needed. We wiped down most things with our Clorox wipes and sprayed stuff with lysol spray. Loved the big shower & the couch helped ALOT posto OP! The breakfast was prepackaged cinnamon rolls, fruit , muffins etc thanks to COVID :( I love my hotel waffles! Staff was wonderful and friendly and dropped everything (mainly supper) to help out, especially during the evenings setting add they were super busy! Wish the pool eased open- it wasd filled & weather read perfect pool weather & it looked gorgeous! Again.. another COVID thing! Definitely would stay here again! It's in the hub of most things and not far.from things either!
