Everyone was super nice this past weekend as we visited during our volleyball tournament. I want to give a nice shout-out to Amber in the lounge. She was such a sweet young lady and took care of all of our girls when they came back from a late night super hungry. She always had a smile on her face and never seemed flustered by the teenage chaos. Please pass this along to her Manager. Thanks!! Great job Amber!!

Stayed here for a one night stay with family. This appeared to be an older hotel that has been converted and spruced up with the standard-issue new Courtyard lobby and bar/restaurant area, but the rooms stood out as aged and out of place with the brand. First floor corridors had strong moldy smell.

I was at this hotel for 2 nights last month. The area was pretty quiet and walking distance to Crabtree Mall, which is very convenient on a business trip. Rooms were clean and has a very nice coffe shop at the lobby

The rooms were clean, easy to check into, and the front desk staff (when we interacted with them) was fantastic, but the staff at the Bistro made the morning shine here. TaShae Barber, the F&B lead was friendly and courteous in taking our order. When we had questions about a specific food item (allergy concerns) Whitney, the cook, came out and walked us through the prep to ensure we would have no issues, and Nautical, our waitress was fast and efficient. Our only issue with the hotel was when we requested an extra blanket in the middle of the night, and the person answering the phone informed us she did not have access to the housekeeping closet, and could not bring us one. That blip aside, there are a LOT of hotels in the Crabtree area, but I would certainly stay here again, if for nothing else than the attentive staff.
