One of the worst hotels ever. The newly "remodeled" room was falling apart. The shower handle falls off unless you hold it just right. The towel bar keeps falling off the wall, the A/C unit has a broken control knob. The 2 burner stove has only 1 functioning burner. Booked a smoking room on their site, could not get a... More

I am not a big fan of extended stays because of the stigma associated with it. I found I was really "at home" during a life transition. The staff is AWESOME and props to Edwin for his excellent communication skills, helpfulness and customer service! Plus, if there is a situation, he professionally takes care of it. I felt bad I had... I've been living here for about 4 months now. I'm a senior and currently on a fixed income. I have seen the good, bad and ugly. Let's just say the company is making changes in a better direction. The property is now run by a new management company and the staff is pretty new as well. Some of the changes... More

first of all, the hotel is unclean, and the customer service is bad. there are bugs inside the rooms. you can find molds and mildews on the ceilings especially in the restrooms. worst of all, the environment of that hotel is horrible. often times you find thugs dealing with drugs, assaults, robberies, and prostitution. in its surroundings, outside the property,... Recently my spouse, and i stayed at this establishment, they are supposed to be an extended stay hotel. They didn't have more than one eating untensil,a pot,no working security latch on the inside of the door. The staff knocked, and entered the room, and told us that they did so because the room was listed as unoccupied on their list of... More

We are from Virginia and were going on vacation to myrtle beach. We thought that we would stay in Raleigh over night because we love the Cheesecake Factory and ate there the night we arrived in Raleigh. We got this hotel to stay in and wake up early the next morning and drive to myrtle beach. Needless to say, we... More

Visited this place for a night's stay. After paying, looked over to the left to see on the wall a sanitation score of ... not 95, nor 90, but 85.5%. Uuugghhh ... So, already had a sorta dirty feeling about the room before even getting to it. Didn't remove my socks while walking around the room - sorry, just being... More
