Check in was very quick. We were missing a coffee pot and needed extra towels and sheets and they sent them right up! The staff was wonderful and our room was like home. We had a 2 bedroom suite, kitchen with all the dishes and 2 full bathrooms, living room, 3 flat screen TVs and 2 outside grills to use.

This was by far the nicest Residence Inn I have ever stayed in. We had a problem opening our room door; however, very professional staff came up immediately and apologized very kindly for our moments of frustration - No real problem , just a a little glitch. Loved the room , very clean and comfortable. We will return

Came to Raleigh after an unexpected death in the family. Hotel was very nice and rooms were quite spacious. Breakfast was solid for hotel breakfast and the snacks and coffee in the lobby throughout the day were very nice. The hotel staff were very kind to our family and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as...

Quick check in, great room, lovely property. Very pleasant staff. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Great choices. Excellent exercise facility. I really wish I had the need to stay longer. The mini market in the lobby provided just enough sensible snacks to make the teens I was traveling with happy. At first I was concerned the parking was...

Clean, friendly staff, we got upgraded so that was a treat. The room was clean and had a gas fireplace. The hotel has an outdoor pool and putting green area. Is was near the highway but far enough way that you didn't hear cars. It is also near a mall.

I arranged for a group of my colleagues and I to stay at this property for a meeting. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-stocked, the food was great, and the service was excellent. This was my 2nd stay here, and both visits were great. I definitely recommend this Residence Inn.

I came here on a Saturday, expecting to stay a week; one week became three. Each time I went to the desk to extend the stay they were nothing but wonderful. During my stay, I lost both of my parents and all the staff was great. They even surprised me with a cookie basket and sympathy card.

If following a GPS' directions keep following the road around until you are going down hill again (or uphill if coming in from Ridge Road). Hotel was impeccably clean, everything was orderly, stocked and in good working order. I spent a week here while doing some on the job training. Traffic in the area can be heavy, so allow more...

Fast friendly check in. I didn't realize that ALL 2 bedroom suites are Handicapped equipped. I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite for my family. One of the bathrooms is Handicapped equipped, with just a shower curtain separating the shower area from the toilet. (For easy roll in if showering in a wheelchair). Shower head is a handheld spray...

Right next to the Crabtree Valley Mall, you cannot see it from the street. Follow your GPS. Friendly service and clean, you get the standard Marriott experience with the standard breakfast. All good, but not worth a 4 star rating. Paying over $100+ a night you should have a decent expectation and they meet that. The walls were a little...

Hello and thank you for the feedback on your recent stay with us! While we are so glad you were able to enjoy all of the Marriott Residence Inn staples and friendly service that we strive to provide, I think we can all agree that traffic around the Crabtree Valley Mall during the holidays is less than ideal! The price...
