The location is excellent being adjacent to the Crabtree Valley Mall with several shopping and food options, next to a bike/walking trail, and located adjacent to other hotels. Parking was ample and contained some covered parking which was helpful when it was raining. Plenty of hotel amenities but we only used the buffet breakfast and the guest laundry. Our main complaint was it appeared the hotel did not enforce the wearing of masks as vigilantly as other hotels...they had a handwritten white board which stated "please wear your mask." As a result, it seemed that we encountered more guests not wearing masks than at other hotels recently. Our other concern was that although their hot breakfast buffet options were more than other hotels, the guests were able to serve themselves. Since some of the guests serving themselves were not wearing masks or partially wearing them, this caused us not to get certain things on the buffet especially if the people who were in the buffet (just before us) were not wearing a mask and talking or even coughing. We thought that was a big miss on their part, even if the food was well prepared...
All and all, we had a very positive stay except for the mask issue, which my wife tried to bring to their attention.
The staff is very helpful though, and there are quite a few amenities at this hotel.

Would recommend staying at the Motel 6 as it is cleaner.

Also the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Many fresh hot items and freshly cut fruit. The breakfast attendant was AMAZING. I wish I’d gotten her name. So friendly and helpful!
Also big KUDOS to them for finding the pillow I left behind. That’s a rarity to get something you’ve left behind, back. Thanks so much to the staff at this hotel!!
I would highly recommend this property.

A hot breakfast was available early. Boarding pass printing right in the lobby. A small but full bar also in the center of the lobby area. Parking was fine.
The Renaissance North Hills and Umstead Hotel are superior area properties, but this is quite high value choice if you cannot get into those. Both were booked when I visited, and I was happy with the property.
"The parking lot fills up fast, but there is an additional parking garage for small cars under the hotel on the side."Read full review
