Where do I start? Due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced to chose this God forsaken place. Upon arrival I was greeted at the steps with the smell of cat urine. Once in the room, it smelled like old furniture and mold/mildew. The floor had a huge red stain which I hoped & prayed was not blood. I made my kids wear flip flops when walking on the floors and in the shower. The shower was noticeably disgusting and backed up, making daily showers a nightmare . When my children pulled out the sleeper sofa they were greeted with a pile of dirty towels and sheets that popped out at them. My husband called the front desk to notify them and they asked him what he'd like them to do about it. It was (is) so bad that I contemplated losing out on the $573+ I paid to start here until our closing date. I cannot wait to leave this place. This is no place for a family. It appeared to be more of an undercover brothel/drug house. I regret choosing this location, contacting corporate immediately.

James and Nikki at the front desk are awesome!! We have been here for a while and they remain consistent in their passion for helping others and making you feel as "at home" as possible. They have a new lady too I believe her name is Nakira and she is just as welcoming. She also is very kind to us and others and it is apparent that she cares and works hard to make sure your needs are met. Langston, the manager, is also very helpful and understanding as always. Sometimes life happens and its important to have good people in this world and around you to help you see the bright side and this group definitely does that. I appreciate very much their devotion to what they do.

I have been at this property over 5 months and have for the most part been well pleased. The front office staff; James, Nikki, Nikera; the housekeeping staff Rico; and maintenance Carl have all absolutely been top of the line. I’ve never seen such a team that shared the same common goals of meeting the needs and concerns of everyone residing at the hotel no matter the length of stay. They have each in some way gone above and beyond. Charles, the district manager has also been one of good character and has personally tended to my needs and concerns amongst many other families I’ve witnessed. He too has shown that he doesn’t mind going above the realm of his duties to care for staff and residents. There is a new manager now that was hired a little over a week ago, Nicole, who has been the worst I’ve ever come in contact with. She from day 1 has been rude to people residing here and just like an apartment complex where neighbors communicate so we do here; those that reside here for extended stays. She has spoken to elderly residents as if they were utter trash under her feet, she has spoken to me like I’m dumb and beneath her, very sarcastic and uppety, I’ve witnessed her put a family with infant children out in the rain over $9 ... yes, $9.00!!! I am also in operations and understand fully budgets, bad debt, revenue and the whole nine but one doesn’t have to be “taught” consideration, compassion and plain ole common decency and this lady lacks each one of these assets. I overheard her MYSELF telling her staff to not “communicate or talk” with “anyone that stays here”. Really??!! So basically let’s not provide customer service; a company that thrives off of extended stays; let’s not speak and talk with these people as to get to know them to better know how to serve them!! Is this the BEST fit that CORPORATE EXTENDED STAY AMERICA could find to manage this community/property?? She greets NOONE unless she’s threatening them with some action or complaining about them regarding something, she is NOT in the office at all where you can see her, she is behind the doors in the back office. She has everyone talking and I’m willing to bet and I do know some of the staff are unhappy too. For the great staff that this property has to be unhappy is NOT a good thing because honestly if they lost the staff I mentioned then they are doomed as far as I’m concerned. This lady is definitely the beginning of this property’s demise. I will be searching to leave real soon as I feel so stepped on by this lady. She came to my door to do a “room inspection” and was completely in my personal space as a person. She stood almost nose to nose with me as if her intent was to intimidate me; which she can’t do because I’m covered by Gods grace and she can’t! The best thing this company can do right now is help her find happiness elsewhere and place James or Nikki or both in that position and have this community smiling again because everyone and I do mean everyone currently is NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND VERY CONCERNED WITH HER LACK OF CARE AND CONCERN FOR THOSE THAT RESIDE HERE, AND AGAIN, NO MATTER THE LENGTH OF TIME!!! She’s been a disgrace to the people and to the company since she’s been here and I believe the number of us that are here will decline rapidly if she stays. She’s not only not the best fit but she isn’t a fit at all. KR

My room was by stinky trash cans was told it will be taken care of and it wasn't. The front desk seemed annoyed when speaking to them. about a few minor things and then they turned my phone off. And I did not make any long distance phone call . I called them at 7 in the morning the day I was leaving and found out the phone was not working. What if there was an emergency. The bathroom needed some work. I didn't even want to stand in the tub I had to go get flip flops in order for my feet to go in that tub.

Check out isn’t until 11am EST it is currently 8:45am and I’m checking out! You get what you pay for I guess. I flew in from out of town for my BestFriend 30th Birthday. I booked the room over a month ago and for a 2 night stay I couldn’t complain about the price. Plus this location is only 5 minutes from my friend house. However I will never stay here ever again! FYI stay at your own risk, and don’t expect housekeeping to clean everyday. Stay at your own risk! If you’re looking for an inexpensive place and it’s just for a night or two the prices are reasonable. ***long post warning *** Check-in was Friday March 15, 2019 the lady at the front desk was really nice and sweet. She was dealing with a tenant, I assume who had missed a payment before even acknowledging that I was there. Once the manager came to the front so did a few other workers. The young lady then proceeded to assist me. It took her about 15-20 minutes to find my reservation, I assume that she’s new and is still learning the systems. Once I received my room key I am told by another worker “your room is in the back building on the 2nd floor”. I proceeded to the back building via the parking lot, because there are no sidewalks. I dragged my heavy luggage up the stairs, only to be met by two live in tenants sitting on walk way in chairs from their rooms drinking beer. Who am I to judge, I do thank the ladies for their assistance, because they informed me that I was on the wrong side and that my room was on the other side. ***Strike 1*** Saying I was pissed was an understatement! I had to drag my heavy suitcase back down two flight of stairs, back through the parking lot and back up two flights of stairs again. I definitely had a workout! First impression room was clean looked nice was a little warm so I went to cut the air on and nothing. However I realize it was unplugged so problem solved. They have plenty of outlets so charging the electronics is no problem. ***STRIKE 2*** what I did have an issue with was that my curtain did not close all the way because it was broken! I called to the front desk to see if they could fix it or at least bring me a safety pin, because I was not about to change rooms. I didn’t want to take the suitcase back down. Well it is Sunday March 17, 2019 and I’m still waiting on that safety pin. I sat in the chair provided as I proceeded to prepare for my Friday night out. I never sat on the bed in my clothes. I showered which by the way was the best thing in this room! The water pressure was amazing !😉 Once I was dressed I left my room and returned after midnight. I showered again and sleep naked (sorry in advance) this is my first night in the bed and even seeing how the bed felt. I never sat on it earlier. ***STRIKE 3*** BEDBUGS🤬🤬🤬 I took a shower and went to sleep only to wake up at 10am Saturday March 16th with welts on my my legs and arms. I have eczema so I figured okay my skin is dry I probably scratched myself on my sleep. I started my day left my room at 11am Saturday return at 4pm to change for dinner never once sat on the bed in my clothes. There are three chairs in the room so no need to sit on the bed. Returned to my room Saturday at 11:30pm showered and went to bed naked again. Only to wake up this morning with a cluster of welts on my body at 5:25am went to the bathroom angry😡. I discovered more marks on my body that were new and inflamed. I went and pulled the sheet and what do I see a bedbug. I grab tissue and flush it. Well it’s too early to check out. I showered and figured okay well maybe that was the only one because I didn’t see anything else. I layed back down only to be woken up again at 7:45 from other bite marks! This time I see two bed bugs at the same time. This was enough for me to come out of denial. I’m packed and my clothes are in garbage bags because I don’t want to take anything home from the dresser drawer just in case. The fact that I Sleep naked and was never in my room except to sleep this has me seeing red!
