I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House RDU. The breakfast was amazing even with all the COVID restrictions. The outside fire pit was a great place to chill after a long day. The rooms are spacious and mine had a small kitchen.
I’ve been staying at the Hyatt brand for years, but this was my first Hyatt House Experience. Overall, it was a great stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The first room I had smelled heavily of smoke and I called to make the front desk clerk aware so I won’t be charged. She immediately accommodated me by giving me another room. The second room was ok except it had hair from a previous guest on the countertops and woven into the first towel I unraveled. Other than that, it was a effortless stay and did what I needed it to do.
stayed at this hotel for a quick one night trip to Cary. Check in was prompt and efficient, very well lit parking lot. Very nice room. The only issue I had was hot water in the shower. Although I don't expect instant hot water, it took several minutes to get hot water running to the shower.
Our four day stay and two day conference was such a great success thanks to Kim V and the entire staff - they were outstanding in customer service and saw to every need with excellence. Our rooms were sparking clean and well supplied. All safety measures were in place and staff were super helpful.
Another first for us. This was our first stay at a Hyatt House. As usual, we were greeted with a smile (hidden behind a mask in these times) and a friendly voice. We promptly got our room keys and headed to the room. We stayed in a King Den room. The "room" was an open concept mini-apartment with a kitchenette, living room area and bed area. This room would be great for an extended stay. The kitchenette had a stove top, small refrigerator/freezer combo, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. The bed was comfortable, the living room area quaint, and everything very clean. While we ate our breakfast on an island in the kitchenette, we realized it was also a great place to do work/schools. I wish the billiards room would have been open. All of this, with complementary breakfast, for the same price as the Hyatt Place, which we also really like. Overall great hotel and experience. We'd definitely stay here again! …
