Great service, overall. The catered lunches were fair. The bread on the cold sandwiches were dry. The rooms don't have much for insulation, so if you need sleep, do not have a room on a full floor!! Noisy!! The view was nice from our room on the 8th floor, but the only chair in the room is an office chair,...

This Marriott property was very nice. I stayed here specifically for an NHL game and what an awesome surprise it was that the visiting players were also staying here. The fitness center access was awesome, but it is very hard to find access without walking outside. The indoor pool is large here, and all the staff was friendly.

Even though it has rained a lot during this Christmas visit, staying here at the Renaissance is always a treat. There are wonderful people at the front desk, at the valet stand, in the restaurants and in housekeeping. The rooms are bright and outfitted with great cable tv, lots of plugs for all our devices, and comfy beds with ample...

Soooo, I am in the beautiful city of Raleigh for a family event. I like nice hotels and take advantage of their amenities. I booked the club level of the Renaisssance because I didn't know much about the area and the trip was last minute. I used Amex to book and arrived to find a very well appointed lobby and...

Dear deonf637, I'm very sorry for your poor arrival experience. Our club level is currently undergoing updates, but we are providing the sames amenities on the first floor. I regret that this was not effectively communicated to you and for the frustration caused. Club level reservations still include these special benefits: complimentary food (continental breakfast, hors d'oeuvres, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages,...

Always looking for new venues for business meetings that don't cause the team to complain. The rooms are the Renaissance are clean and a good size. Good was good quality and the fitness center had a full size pool. A plus is that it's in the middle puff a shopping center with lots of places for dinner.

The hotel was very nice. My only concern is we arrived at 3:00pm and our room was not ready. We walked around the town center and that was extremely nice. The gym was extremely nice as were all the restaurants in the area.

What a VERY nice stay, at a VERY nice property. First off, the location is pretty darn nice. This is close to the town, close to NC State, and not real far from the airport. The property sits within a small open air shopping\food area. You have Target, JCP, tons of small shops like Plow and hearth, REI, and others....
