Yep - you heard that right - and sometimes, we’ll even share a bourbon with you on the patio! My husband and I made our reservations intrigued by the Rosemary House's Valentine's Day package which included a dozen red roses, a bottle of wine and an unforgettable gourmet 4 course breakfast (in bed if you pleased!) During our morning gourmet feast, we had an opportunity to talk with Chad, the chef at Rosemary House who delights with his food as well as conversation. He intrigued us with the history of the house and of the small independent shops and restaurants in Pittsboro. We loved the house itself with its large, gracious porch and decor that reflects a vibrant local aesthetic. Throughout the house are original works of art tastefully hung with some available for purchase. Amenities abound and one feels especially cared for--whatever you could want is right there. Rosemary House is an authentic small town, NC inn in a location offering access to the great outdoors as well as unique small shops, eateries and historic places of interest. Not to be missed!!

I picked Rosemary House because it is hard sometimes to find a Bed and Breakfast that has two beds in a room. The Willow Room was nice with a bathtub/shower combo in the bathroom. I enjoy to soak in a tub, so the choice in rooms was good. the linens were nice and the proprietor was able to reach by text. The breakfast was left by someone coming in local, and it was a box of two pastries for my mother and I. There was snacks and beverages in the refrigerator for guests. I missed having a hot breakfast to start the day, but I did appreciate the quiet and good sleep.

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of Oct 25, 2020. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed. The beds are very comfortable. The B&B is stocked with lots of amenities such as water, snacks, wine and beer, coffee, etc... The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for visiting Pittsboro. We parked our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I recommend the Rosemary House for anyone who visits Pittsboro. Additionally, the Rosemary House is a great value.

From the moment you walk in, you're met with the best hospitality. The room was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was delicious (to the point where I had to ask for their secret recipe). The cherry on top is the gorgeous art from local artists that decorates the walls in each room. Each detail is so thoughtful. Can't wait to come back.

We stayed in the Haven Room, as we did last year. Quiet, comfortable, huge bed, jacuzzi, everything you could imagine in a spacious room. This is a charming inn, with wonderful innkeepers, Jamie and Heather. Art gallery too! Comfortable sitting room in which to read, relax, have a glass of wine and admire the artistry.
The breakfast was indescribably good and plentiful. Beautifully prepared and presented.
We had the nicest time each time we visited!
Pittsboro is a beautiful town, wonderful restaurants, attractions, and an authentic original soda shop.
This is the BEST place on the east coast for a short, or even long getaway.
We can not wait to get back and visit Jamie and Heather again!

My husband is actually from Pittsboro so this visit was somewhat sentimental. We were there for several days to visit an ill relative and were delighted to find the Rosemary House. Heather and Jamie are excellent hosts - and excellent cooks. The breakfasts were tasty and beautifully presented. We stayed in the Haven Room on the main floor. Because of Covid restrictions we tidied up our own room. The room is large and comfortable - does need some better seating but Heather says that is on the to do list. We also enjoyed reading on the porch with the outdoor kitties. I hope there is an opportunity for a stay in the future.

On the spur of the moment I contacted The Rosemary House to stay for our anniversary. We had reservations for dinner in town for our anniversary. Kristi was so awesome and responded quickly. The Rosemary house is a lovely place to stay and is conveniently in the center of town. The house is wonderful as are the rooms. Up our arrival there was a card and a bottle of wine wishing us a happy anniversary. That was such a thoughtful gesture, especially since we were a last minute reservation. We also enjoyed the sweet kittie on the porch. We are looking forward to staying again!!

My husband and I have been coming here for almost 8 years. We were sad and I will admit, a bit mad, when we found out on ourthat the B&B was sold and changes were being made. We finally went back for one night and we were quite impressed. The changes in decor maintain the old charm of the house with a modern feel. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The addition of the art gallery and hospitality refrigerator was a nice touch. The two outdoor house cats are still there as well! Heather and Jamie catered to our needs and we're lovely to talk to. We are happy to be able to continue returning to this charming house for years to come!

Stayed here just one night with my husband and baby as my husband was attending one of Roy Underhill's workshops and I wish we'd stayed longer! Jamie (one of the owners) is so friendly and the place is great - bright, clean, and welcoming. The linens are really nice, for one. They also have great HVAC and as my weather app told me it "feels like 99 degrees and humid" that aspect was also very appreciated. I didn't eat breakfast as I'm not a morning person but my husband said it was excellent. They also have a fridge with waters, juices, yogurt, cheese snacks, chocolate milk, and I believe beer and wine as well freely available for guests at any time. I'd definitely return and stay longer next time. Lots of nice parks in this area and the city of Pittsboro is adorable and easily walkable from the B&B.

We came to Pittsboro so my husband could take a weekend class at the Woodwrights Workshop. He was thrilled with that experience and is already planning to return. But, I digress....We stayed at the Rosemary House Bed & Breakfast, which was in walking distance to anything in town and had a wonderful stay! The entire house is well-kept, service and food were wonderful and staff were exceptional. We could not have asked for a better stay for the price and will stay again when we return to Pittsboro.
