#4 of 4 B&Bs / Inns in Pittsboro
Small B&B Cafe is pet and child friendly with 3 detached units offering complete privacy. The decor is decidedly different from other B&B's with a mix of modern, eclectic, and repurposed items. There are various outsider art pieces scattered within the cafe and the grounds along with gardens and hammocks to relax. We offer a farm-to-table breakfast and a sustainable environment for those looking for a different twist from the usual.

Location is great, about two blocks from Courthouse Square. Off street parking. Easy to find location. Breakfast is great. Owners and staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. Room (Treehouse) is small (think European hotel room). Private, nice sized bathroom. Pretty courtyard- sculpture garden area and little art museum worth looking at.

Enjoyed our yummy breakfast meals there - corned beef hash was wonderful as was the quiche, very friendly staff - treated like family. Breakfast was included as we stayed in adjacent units - proprietor was kind enough to have yummy scone for us when we get back from dinner out!

Order at the counter, grab your own coffee, and settle into some comfy seats for a great breakfast! Johnny cakes were delicious. Smashed potatoes divine! Coffee? Perfect. Leisurely breakfast in this funky setting was worth the trip. Our new weekend hangout!

1 sweet night in the Treehouse. Tiny and charming. Lovely setting, excellent food, warm host. Would recommend if looking for a local feel in a unique room/setting. Easy to walk to the downtown and other cute local businesses.

We stayed in Small B&B "Woodshed" to attend a storytelling event in Pittsboro. Conveniently located, Small B&B was more than a comfortable room. Wildflowers bloomed outside our room, artwork and art sculptures were displayed throughout the property, and a most wonderful cafe menu for breakfast (and lunch) added to the charm. Dave and Lisa were gracious and accommodating. We appreciated the art and creative design, but especially their care of the environment and support of local farmers and community in their business. Our room was small but a very comfortable bed and private bath offered all that we needed. We hope to go back and stay more than one night with time to enjoy lounging on the deck under the large old trees, enjoying the charm of this place.
