My husband and I stayed for two nights at the Inn on Mill Creek. From the moment we arrived, Dave and Brigitte and their three adorable pugs made us feel right at home. Our room was extremely comfortable with nice little touches like face cloths, plenty of wastepaper bakets, nice soap, fluffy towels, etc. And then there was BREAKFAST!!!! Dave... More

We had a very nice weekend at the Inn on Mill Creek. It is in a beautiful setting, just on the edge of Black Mountain which is a very cute town worth exploring itself. The Inn is run by a wonderful couple, Dave and Bridgette. They were very warm and welcoming and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. We stayed... More

My husband and I stayed at the Inn on Mill Creek for a night away. It was just what we were looking for: a quiet, small bed and breakfast tucked away on a long windy dirt drive. Dave and Brigette were gracious hosts and full of interesting information about the area and their experiences. Our room was large and very... More

What a wonderful place to spend three or four days relaxing, exploring the Ashville-black Mountain area, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The hosts, Brigette and David, make sure your stay is perfect. The grounds are beautiful, the birds plentiful. The breakfasts are truly goumet. This is a perfect venue for a family gathering, a small wedding or a romantic get away.... More

After a winding drive through mountain laurel and abundant greenery we arrived at Mill Creek Inn. One should follow the Inn's directions to make your path easier. We were greeted by name and shown to our room ~ mountain laurel room overlooking the "pond" complete with chorus of bullfrog calls. Our room shared a complete kitchen stocked with bottled water... Can't say enough about this place. Wonderful getaway tucked into the forest. The owners are awesome and a wealth of knowledge of the area and also in helping plan you stay. Food was amazing. Will definitely be back. We stayed in the best room in the house. Very large room with a awesome bathroom.

You were such great guests and it was our pleasure hosting you here at the Inn for your anniversary! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I will definitely share your compliments on breakfast with the ever-modest Innkeeper Dave as it's been a while since we've made him blush, haha. Looking forward to seeing you again.... More

This was my 4th visit to The Inn on Mill Creek. The Inn is located near Black Mountain, NC. It is secluded and very peaceful. I've stayed in 3 different rooms and they are all very clean and nicely appointed. The gardens are lovely and the birds and squirrels are entertaining. Best of all, are the innkeepers, Dave and Brigette.... More

This is a great inn. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is delicious. We would have been happy with a muffin, but Dave made a wonderful ham and veggie quiche with sausage balls and peach bread one morning. Black Mountain is a delightful little town, and you're only a short drive to Asheville. Perfect in all respects.

Thanks for your review, Ken! We enjoyed having you here at the Inn and spoiling you with breakfast. :) Can't say enough good things about Black Mountain, and Asheville, too. Both have so much to offer in terms of local shops and restaurants. Hope to see you again sometime. More

So beautiful here! Our room was great. Big, brand new bathroom with excellent shower! Breakfast each morning was top notch! Fresh waffles, eggs, fruit, etc. So relaxing to walk around the grounds and listen to the water, and look at all the pretty flowers and shrubs. Oh! And the Innkeepers have 3 adorable pugs!
