We are so thankful for what Dave and Brigette have created at Inn on Mill Creek. This getaway from everyday hustle and bustle is what so many of us need. Their hospitality and welcoming nature creates a comfortable environment that allowed us to relax and rejuvenate, especially during these times of COVID-19. We enjoyed our conversations with Dave and Brigette and the amazing breakfasts. This is a very nice B&B inside the Pisgah National Forests with many great hiking trails close by. We definitely recommend Inn on Mill Creek and will be going back.

The last time I visited was 2012 and I'm happy to report it is even better than before. If you are looking for quiet seclusion and to take a break from life this is your place. My husband and I stayed in the Laurel room. Nicely decorated, comfy bed, nice linens, plenty of space for a couple with or without children. The room has a loft that children would love. The deck was right off the river. At night we sat out and listened to the water flowing over a dam, and the chorus of frogs, and watched fireflies. The in keepers were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was 5 plus stars. Lastly, it was spotless clean.

It means so much to us when guests return, and we're so happy that you had another great stay. Isn't the frog chorus wonderful? They have been singing their little hearts out this summer. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon.

Loved the secluded feel of the Inn -- even though it was so convenient to hop over to Black Mountain and hang out. The room was comfy, clean, and so spacious. The breakfasts were AMAZING! The attention to detail in the food prep -- even down to the coffee -- showed a level of care and thoughtfulness that is above and beyond. Dave and Brigette are so warm and welcoming: their hospitality is outstanding! We can't wait to go back!

We recently celebrated our anniversary and stayed at The Inn on Mill Creek for the first time. We are no strangers to Black Mountain but had never stayed here. Everything was perfect. So peaceful and quiet, clean and cozy. Dave and Bridgette are so kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! I highly recommend and hope to return!

Increasing exceptional site and service. Returned after some time and not at all disappointed to find things even better than last time. Highly recommended. The adjacent town of Black Mountain offers numerous shops and excellent restaurants.
