My husband and I decided to visit the outer banks for my birthday weekend. Unfortunately we stumbled across the Rodeway Inn. We spent $293 for two nights of staying in a cubicle on a brick bed. For as expensive as it is, I expected a little better. We knew that we werent going to be staying in a resort but... More

We were pleasantly surprised with this property! We got to bring our dog, which was awesome. We never noticed any funny smell, and will definitely be coming back! The location is perfect for visiting all the sites and walking to the beach.

This is the first time we have ever stayed at a Rodeway Inn, and it will be the last. We paid over $200 for one night to stay in a queen sized room, that was not much bigger than 8x8. The bathroom was extremely small - 4' x 6' is way too small for a bathroom. The layout of the... More

This is a Choice Hotel Property, and one might think because it has a Roadway Flag, that it would be on the lower chain of Motels. We stayed in one of the efficacy suites and though it was one of the smaller one, yet was very nice. You can walk right across the street to Jeanette's Pier or walk on... More

We booked this hotel because it was one of the cheapest ones I found with good reviews. To my surprise, it was very clean and updated. It did have a slight older smell but nothing unbearable and it had a dehumidifier which was really helpful in keeping the room comfortable. I liked that it had tile floors, so you knew... More

My family and I stayed at the Rodeway inn & suites . It was clean , staff was very welcoming. Plus pet friendly. We did bring our dog and she even had a great time . The beach right across the street, walking distance to all the restaurants , stores & the outlets as well . I can't say enough... More

This my first ever tripadvisor review. I felt compelled to write something because the high ratings of others led me astray. This hotel was disgusting. There were pubic hairs on our sheets from the previous guests and yellowed "white" pillowcases. The wi-fi was so poor we had to drive 25 minutes to a Starbucks to get work done. There was... More

I booked a last minute trip to Nags Head and was surprised to find the weekend rates to be so expensive. I have seen this hotel for years visiting the Outer Banks and took the chance due to the lowest rate available and knowing the location was perfect. The room had a slight smell, similar to other older beach hotels,... More

We had booked this room online after reading many reviews. We aren't real picky so we decided to give it a try because of location. Upon arrival we noticed a narrow drive with parking on both sides for the guests. This is a 3 story hotel on one side and cabin like units on the other side. We were lucky... More

Pros: Motel is very pet friendly. Ground floor room was tile, which with dog was very convenient. Location couldn't be better. Cross the street and you're at the beach, with pier right there if you want to fish. There is a market/deli across the way that makes super breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches. Picked up lunch and headed out for day... More
