Never Win , they offer free room but rest assured it’s not free. They do not offer any comps. We can go to other casinos that are just as close and get a lot better experience. Never going back. Rooms were not too clean either.
The hotel was nice and the people were wonderful I didn't have to wait in the line to check in they were prompt and very kind they made sure they asked me if I needed help with my luggage everybody had a smile on their face and I got my room earlier than expected the room was beautiful the bed nicely made and I had the best view from my 7th Floor room so that's around the casino was packed full of people but there didn't seem to be any problems people were being assisted quickly and even though the Moe's Grill was closed and the Legends restaurant at the hotel the cafeteria area State open until midnight and the food was very fresh and delicious
Our favorite getaway to have fun and relax! This is my husbands favorite casino to go to. Very clean and everyone so friendly. Love how the elevator takes you straight from hotel to the casino floor. We always eat dinner at The Landing restaurant. Very good food. Husband says its has the best crab cakes he has every eaten!
The hotel looks nice but looks can be deceiving. We checked in around 9 dropped off our stuff in the room and headed to the casino. I did a quick check of the room and all appears good. Around midnight we settled in for bed and I could feel something at my feet, under the covers. Turn on the light and discovered someone else's dirty laundry in my made up bed. A pair of gross socks! Called the front desk and after a lengthy hold I was offered another room. My husband had to go back to the lobby and wait for about 30 minutes to get the new room key. We moved around 1 am to another floor. This room had dirty carpet, hair on the bathroom floor and sticky gunk on the chair. Obviously they have not improved their cleaning to the new covid standards. They can't even meet regular expectations. I can only assume they don't always wash the bedding when they clean rooms. They must just remake beds that don't look too bad. How else would a pair of dirty socks end up under the covers at the foot of the bed? We spoke with the manager in the morning andnall she could do was offer us a $25 food credit. I think getting the room comped sounds more reasonable, but she didn't have the authority to do that. And the man who could was off for the day. So again, just stay somewhere else!…
Their new regulations are terrible and I won’t be back. They won’t let you do anything that was their normal and their new normal is not welcoming or worth the money you spend or waste or lose. Seriously won’t be back
