Great location, really enjoyed the ambiance of Marshall House Inn, lovely room, clean and comfortable. We stayed in number 4-my adult daughter also stayed so worked perfectly for us. Kirstin and John were perfect hosts! Loved the view sitting on the porch over the town, and river. Will return!

A beautiful property located on the side of a steep hill overlooking the French Broad river. Professional renovations and hotel comforts. We enjoyed take-out meals from a couple of really good local establishments on their wide porch. Clean, spacious, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended. A perfect location for our anniversary celebration. Day trips into the mountains to visit waterfalls.

Great room, beautiful porch overlooking the French Broad and Marshall. What a cool place to disconnect! Everything was as promised, clean, and peaceful. Was solo this time, but looking forward to a couples retreat in the near future.
