My husband and I along with another couple were recently in the Blowing Rock area on our way to Asheville. We had made online reservations for this B&B. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised because of the reasonable charge. We highly recommend staying because of the following: price, cleanliness, accommodations, exterior views and most of all the hospitality shown... More

I found this place and booked based on good TripAdvisor reviews. It was great! The owners are kind and accomodating. The location is beautiful, and several rooms are dog friendly! We brought our 2 dogs with us. Each room has a balcony/porch with rocking chairs and I think most (or all) rooms have fireplaces too, which you can purchase logs... More

This was very disappointing. Upon entering the lobby you are hit in the face with the stench of mildew. I felt sorry for the gentleman that was running the place. Seems like it might have been nice in the 70's but hasn't been touched since then. Everything in the room was well worn and dirty looking. The day we were... More

After a long day of driving the Blue Ridge Patkway, we weren't expecting a luxurious inn for the night. The rooms are very large and quiet. Oh, very comfortable too. Located next to a golf course and a bobbling brook. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkwau. Great time of year to visit. Fall colors were outstanding. Charlie was very helpful... More

My husband and I were traveling the blue ridge parkway and found this little hotel through travelocity. We weren't sure what to expect, because they advertised as a B&B on their site, and we haven't ever stayed at B&Bs. The room size was much larger than typical hotel chain rooms. All rooms have a balcony overlooking a babbling stream, which... More

Wonderful and attentive service that made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean and spacious with a relaxing view of a golf course which it shares an entrance with along the rural highway. We chose the Inn based on its proximity to hiking trails and the Biltmore Estate.

Reviews were great, and it was better than the reviews. We loved the view, the room and the ambiance. Breakfast was continental (no hot food), but what food was there was nice. It is very much out of the way, which adds to the charm. I wish we'd been able to stay more than one night!

This would be a spectacular property with a few maintenance and upgrades done. This is NOT a B&B, yes, it serves a continental breakfast, but that does not classify it as a B&B. Secondly, the room was in dire need of upgrading. The carpet was terribly stained (although hard to notice as everything was so dark). The bed was horribly... More

A very pleasant little hotel run by a lovely man called Charlie. We nearly didn't get there though as the address doesn't make it easy to find and there are no useful directions etc given on the website. Our cellphone was sulking so we couldn't even phone for help. However, the welcome and everything else once we arrived was worth... More

We spent a week on the Blue Ridge Pkwy staying in some beautiful Inns and lodges along the way. Bad weather forced us down off the ridge and we found this little oasis. The rooms were large, clean and sitting on the deck listening to the babbling brook was priceless. The peace and quiet at this Inn was nice change... More
