We really enjoyed our stay.Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean.The holiday decorations were the nicest we've ever seen at any Hampton property. We're looking forward to returning next year.

The most cozy and welcoming hotel we have stayed at! The staff are so warm and welcoming. Pool area is warm and well heated. Love the area, set off from businesses. Always look forward to returning back!

This is the 5th time I've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Marion, NC. I've been very happy with every stay. The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are warm and friendly, the housekeepers are helpful and friendly as well. The hotel location is perfect for visiting the Area (Asheville, Grandfather Mountain, Morganton/Hickory, or Blue Ridge Parkway & Mt. Mitchell.

My husband and I stayed for one evening. It was the most disappointing customer service we have had at a Hilton property, which we frequently use.
When we arrived, there were two guest attendees at the front desk. Neither greeted or spoke to us for at least a minute. There was no one else at the desk checking in or being helped. The male then looked up and walked away without a word. The female, while staring at her monitor, stated that she would help momentarily and we waited some more. When she did look at us, it was cursory with no attempt at being welcoming.
This lack of customer service was experienced again when we left for the evening (no interaction again), and then again at check out.
When we woke in the morning we found no power, therefor no hot water for showers, no breakfast and no explanation. It would have been kind for the staff to acknowledge the inconvenience when we checked out, but all we were told was that our receipt would be emailed. No “we are sorry for the inconvenience”, nothing.
That being said, we will not return to this hotel.
The hotel was clean, the rooms well maintained, but customer service is crucial in this industry.

I apologize sincerely for the lack of customer service you were given upon check-in. My guest service representatives know this is unacceptable and should have helped you immediately and acknowledged you upon arrival. As far as the power outage, this was something that was beyond our control. At the time we had no idea why there was no power and therefore could not offer anyone an explanation as we were not given a clear explanation when calling the power company. It turns out there was a bad weather event overnight which caused a fatal car accident knocking out power to thousands of customers. The accident scene had to be cleared before power could be restored. I know that this does not help with the inconvenience of your stay with waking up to no power and the lack of explanation, but had we had an explanation I would have instructed my staff to provide each guest with this. With that being said an apology for the inconvenience I am sure would have went a long way, so I am truly sorry for the lack of customer service you received during your stay and I hope that you will give us another chance. This is NOT how we like to do business and I promise this has been handled with my staff.

Welcoming staff. Clean rooms, pool,fitness. Staff was very helpful and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Was out of traffic but yet still accessible. Very accommodating and felt safe traveling with my daughter and her friends. I would definitely recommend .I've never been anywhere where everyone was so polite.
