We booked two rooms, one for us and one for our friends--using our Choice Hotel points. Both suites were very clean, comfortable, and attractive. We didn't have the breakfast option because of the timing of our visit, the facilities were clean and pleasant.
This hotel is probably the best and most updated in Maggie Valley. It is nothing spectacular but it served the purpose of our trip and it was clean. We didn't spend much time here, but we did eat breakfast each of the 3 days and it was satisfactory.
This was a Microtel at one time and it still has a bit of that feel, however, they have done a nice job updating things. It was clean and the girl at the front desk was friendly. For the rate, it was a fine place to stay and it has breakfast (the usual cereal, toast, and waffles) in the morning.
This is our 3rd time staying here. The accommodations havent changed from last year. We booked in advanced and prepaid for our room (appx 76$ including taxes) for a 2 queen room. The room was fresh smelling and the bathroom towels were incredibly soft. Check in required an ID and the credit card used to book the room. TV showed the Notre Dame v Stanford game beautifully. We headed to the pool (open to 11) and it was crazy busy with 13 kids in it and 3 guys camped out in the hot tub. The front desk clerk replaced the towels once. It appeared that some of the kids swimming were from the hotel next door. We skipped breakfast (goes to 10) in favor of sleeping in. Ot a bad stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Nestled in the mountains, it was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and included hot items like waffle maker and eggs and bacon. Room and bathroom was clean and towels really soft. Would definitely stay again.
