The motel looks great from the outside but the rooms need lots of attention and updating. The rooms are dirty and smelly. The bathrooms need major work, we didn't have a proper toilet seat and the toilet didn't flush properly. The shower curtain was filthy and not from soap scum. We've stayed at this motel 95% of the time. The... More

Old, overpriced, left over bottle of Jaeger in the freezer and used shampoo in the tub. Pillows are disgusting... Using my blowup camping pillow tonight. People are nice but they're not putting any money in this place.

I have stayed at this motel several times because it allows pets, there is a very large grassy lawn and a stream beside it. It's also on a busy road. This weekend, however, was the last time. The place is very old, with broken tiles and old fixtures in the bathroom and old carpeting and furniture. Our TV remote would... More

We decided to venture to Maggie Valley and when looking for a hotel, thought this one looked quaint. Quaint didn't cover it. The cleaning was a hit and miss. Nasty bathroom with mildew on the ceiling, shower curtain and around the tub. Hair was on the floor. Half the room outlets didn't even work. No information on TV channels, whats... More

Filthy. Scared to sleep on the pillows. Nasty, smelly yellow. Dirty. Room has pee stains on floor. Bathroom is in bad shape, leaky, bathtub burned by cigarettes, and looks dirty. It is pet friendly, but that is it.

In my opinion any getaway trip to Maggie Valley , Cherokee , etc...is always good!!! However this is the worst motel we've ever stayed in. The ac in our room didn't work...it turned on but didn't blow out any air. We told the cleaning lady (who was very nice )about it ,she sent a text to the manager and they... More

Met with a group of friends here. We had been there 3 years earlier, but it seems to be under new ownership now. The room was in poor condition, with a broken jacuzzi tub, and the parts were on the balcony outside of our room. The owners kept their dogs in a fenced area by our room so we had... More

Stayed here before, not ever again. Management has changed and the place seems to be run by a random assortment of *severely disinterested* family members and NOT run professionally at all. Our group of motorcycle riders has stayed here three times. This trip has been planned for more than a year, around thirty people. They gave us a 'special price'... More

We stopped here because it was getting late and rented a cabin on the stream. The cabin wasn't bad , the bed was comfortable the kitchen and bath were clean. The porch was nice to sit and listen to the water running over the rocks. It was relaxing. There are restaurants and shops close that's nice. They are very pet... More
