What a great place to spend time in Maggie Valley or even Cherokee. The room was spacious and had been upgraded. I was on the bottom floor and wasn't I surprised how quiet the shower was. Never heard anyone beside me or on the second floor when they were running water. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of channels on... More

We stayed there recently for two nights. Like another reviewer stated, it was noisy, but had to consider how close to the road we are. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the owner/manager was very responsive when asked about extras or recommendations. All considered, we would stay there again.

This place is fantastic. I travel a lot and have stayed in some places that were twice as bad for twice as much.Great spot if your trying to stay out of the hustle/bustle of travel towns Nice AMERICAN family run motel. Everything was great. Will return to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting the NC mountains. The proprietor was congenial and adjusted our bill, which was incorrect. The room seemed okay, had a comfortable king-size bed and a micro & fridge, and adequate space. That's the good news. The bad news is there is almost no insulation between floors (we were... More

The owner Allen is one of the nicest people you could meet. His rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Pillows I've never had in any hotel - so soft and definitely no lumps. Solid price for a solid room. I would stay here the next time I go to Maggie Valley.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Sparsely decorated room smelled a little musty but we aired it out for a bit and it was fine. Husband said the shower was great. Owner was friendly and was spot on with his restaurant suggestion.

A nice place to stay, great info about area dining etc. Felt like home. Would stay here again. At check when thry found out our family was staying there also they adjusted rooms so we could have adjoining rooms. It's those little extras that make you want to come back again.
