We initially had a cabin rented through AirBnB but after a terrible experience we had to find an alternate location and fortunately Twin Brook had a couple of open cabins. They worked with me on the rate and it worked out great. We picked a unit towards the back that backed up to a running creak so it was nice...

Nice cabin with beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed the area we stayed and the secluded feeling in a busy area. Only a couple of things prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating. We were staying in a pet friendly cabin with many rules about cleaning up after pet hair yet the blankets for the bed were covered in...

First time staying and we will be back. Beautiful and very clean! Thank you to Twinbrook for being so helpful when we needed a place for the night at the last minute and even giving us a ate check out. Thank you again!

We have stayed twice and each time has been enjoyable. The accommodations and weather made for a great last minute ski trip. Our visits have been midweek so there are less crowds and the staff has been very helpful with ski packages and other items. Pet friendly also!

We have stayed many times, they have nice little cabins, tucked into the woods, in the middle of two brookes going down each side of the whole property. Located right in the middle of Maggie Valley, so you are close to the whole area and what there is to offer. Friendly office people and clean cabins, we try to stay...

Stayed in Cabin 1. Found lots of roaches on the first day in the kitchen and cabinets. Told Management and did not believe us until we brought in proof. No spraying only roach motels were given to us.

TOTALLY BAFFLED! These are past guests that we enjoyed very much the last time they were here. The guest did report roaches on the evening of arrival & was advised we would send maintenance up to spray & they asked if we could wait until they went to dinner which we did. Roaches are not common for the Smoky Mountains...

Since this was our first time vacationing with our pooch, we were looking for pet accepting facility in a comfy cozy environ. We were looking for a 1 BR cabin, but Twinbrook had a 2 bedroom left (cabin 7)'they rented to us for the same price as the 1 BR. Of course, we didn't use the extra bedroom for sleeping...

We weren't really sure what to expect since we had never stayed here before or even seen it in person. When checking in, we were warmly greated as we entered the office. We were provided with a packet of information on the resort, the area, even some suggestions on day trips in the area. We had reserved cottage 9, but...

Good value. We loved having our own little cabin but they could definitely upgrade the pillows and linens in the cabins. The pillows are flat and most of the towels that we had were worn thin and some had holes. Our cabin has a deck that looked right at the creek which was nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub....
