We stayed there several times. Each time, the situation became bad to worse. The carpet was so dirty, and we felt itchy in bed. Apparently, the change of management did not improve anything. We decided not to return there any more.

It was off season when we stayed and we were the only quests. The staff was very friendly.Breakfast was cereal, juice and bagels. The room and bath were both adequate in size and clean. Two beds and the sleep comfort was OK. We enjoyed the stay.

The front desk check in person was very cheery and efficient. The room was clean with wear and tear you would expect. They have a shuttle to take you to the beach which is about 2 blocks away. My advice - if you are disabled or have hip, back, or knee trouble this is not the place for you. Almost...

Hi Judy, thank you for your honest feedback. I am so sorry to hear that your stay sounded like wasn't convenient for your situation. During check-in, guests may ask for a lower floor room. It may not always be available but it never hurts to ask and our staff will do their very best to accommodate such requests. I do...

Small property with great prices. We stayed a few nights and enjoyed it. We were on a multi generation family vacation and looking for a good location that was affordable. Rooms were not the latest and greatest, but clean. We were close to all the attractions and restaurants we were interested in and close to the beach. Parking was easy....

Dated and ill maintained rooms. Very moldy smell as soon as you walk in. Front desk lady was super kind, understanding, and very accommodating. She did everything possible to find availabilities elsewhere for my family.

Hi Jordan! Thank you for taking the time to review our property on Trip Advisor. I am so sorry to hear that your stay wasn't enjoyable. High humidity results to a very damp room with that being said, it is not an excuse to say the least. We are working very hard to address and find solutions to the issue...

Was recently in the area for business and stayed here based on price and reviews. Being offseason, the price was very reasonable. Front desk woman was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast consisted of coffee and a few snacks. The room was a bit worn and musty smelling, but it was fine. Good location. It is your typical seaside type...

Thank you for your honest feedback. I am glad that you find our staff very accommodating and helpful. Every winter, we do upgrades at our hotel to keep up with the wear and tear of the beach and we will most certainly update the curb appeal of the rooms. I do hope you enjoyed your visit to the Outer Banks.

The stay itself was good, the on-site offerings were good (laundry, pool). The beds were firm, but I like a good firm bed. The rooms are definitely aged, and it seems they do patch ups as they show in areas like the tubs, but that didn't bother us. I recommend this inn, as it has good pricing, and close to...
