Very nice, romantic outing. The private hot tubs are outside and near the rivers. The way they have them constructed gives you a lot of privacy but lets you enjoy the natural surroundings. Well worth the travel and fee.

The hubby and I enjoyed our time at hot springs. Soaking in the tubs along the French broad river is so relaxing! There are bathrooms and changing rooms. You can rent towels if you forget yours. Private tubs, friendly staff, peaceful environment.

I've taken advantage of the natural mineral water hot tubs several times. I love that the water isn't filled with chemicals and that the tubs are emptied and cleaned after each use. The private areas around the tubs are also great if you're shy and don't want to walk in front of a bunch of strangers in your swim suit.

Lovely home with 2 bedrooms up and the master downstairs. It was spacious and had a great deck for dining outside and watching the lightning bugs as the sun went down. The hot tub was wonderful and I could have stayed in it forever. I will be going back!

My girlfriend has stopped here on our way home after a visit to Charlotte, they were very very friendly and we were offered our hot tub experience very quickly, the place was very clean, however, our guide failed to let us know about the overhead misters over the hot tubs, we did not know about those until 30 minutes into... We were at Hot Springs for the Wild Goose Festival and couldn't stay at the resort while this festival was going on. However, we made a reservation for a hot tub session -- very reasonably priced at $38 for 3 people or $48 for 5 people. The tub was enclosed but had a view of the river behind us, which... More

We stayed two nights in a suite at the resort and didn't utilize any of the spa services. We were unable to check into the room even a minute earlier because new phone lines were being installed. Upon arriving to the room, we were excited to experience the hot spring mineral water in the tub in the suite. After an... More

We were not hotel resort guests. I read online comments about the health benefits from soaking in the whirlpool hot tub mineral water. I know the place opened in 1778 and the wealthy from all over came to Hot Springs to soak in the magical mineral water. My wife and I had high hopes to have our joint/muscle aches and... More

This was a family trip, my husband and I along with an adult daughter and adult niece. We stayed at the campground in our travel trailer with full hookups. Great site #426. The other campers were super friendly. We didn't see much of the staff but we didn't need to, reservations were a breeze, when we got in, we stopped... More

My massage was very healing. I recommend the massage sessions very enthusiastically. The therapist "Jim". Was highly skilled, thorough and very nice. The natural spring soak was good, a treat, but I not the high experience I expected. The resort pit on a great fireworks display for the 4th.
