My girlfriend has stopped here on our way home after a visit to Charlotte, they were very very friendly and we were offered our hot tub experience very quickly, the place was very clean, however, our guide failed to let us know about the overhead misters over the hot tubs, we did not know about those until 30 minutes into... We were at Hot Springs for the Wild Goose Festival and couldn't stay at the resort while this festival was going on. However, we made a reservation for a hot tub session -- very reasonably priced at $38 for 3 people or $48 for 5 people. The tub was enclosed but had a view of the river behind us, which... More

We stayed two nights in a suite at the resort and didn't utilize any of the spa services. We were unable to check into the room even a minute earlier because new phone lines were being installed. Upon arriving to the room, we were excited to experience the hot spring mineral water in the tub in the suite. After an... More

We were not hotel resort guests. I read online comments about the health benefits from soaking in the whirlpool hot tub mineral water. I know the place opened in 1778 and the wealthy from all over came to Hot Springs to soak in the magical mineral water. My wife and I had high hopes to have our joint/muscle aches and... More

This was a family trip, my husband and I along with an adult daughter and adult niece. We stayed at the campground in our travel trailer with full hookups. Great site #426. The other campers were super friendly. We didn't see much of the staff but we didn't need to, reservations were a breeze, when we got in, we stopped... More

My massage was very healing. I recommend the massage sessions very enthusiastically. The therapist "Jim". Was highly skilled, thorough and very nice. The natural spring soak was good, a treat, but I not the high experience I expected. The resort pit on a great fireworks display for the 4th.

Every couple of years we come up to Hot Springs with some good friends and spend a couple of days hiking. We almost always hike after breakfast and return mid-afternoon. Then we try to have a reservation at the Hot Springs Resort and Spa for an hour's soak in the mineral baths. It's great! There are 2 person tubs and... More

We've visited every year for the last 7 years and stayed in cabins and the campgrounds. The hot springs are refreshing and private cabanas with jacuzzi tubs filled with the hot mineral water. The water has helped my child's asthma and heals there eczema every summer. You can watch the French Broad River as you soak. Stayed at the beautiful... More

This was the second trip to the Spa and Resort. Take an hour soak in the natural springs tub and get an exceptional massage. This time I stayed at the camp grounds in a little cabin that had a view of the French Broad. The cabin had electric and A/C, and facilities close enough shower and rest room. I felt... More

We visited here and loved the Resort and Springs. We were in for 20 minutes and the water pump for the springs broke down. Not to worry though they were kind enough to give us a voucher to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
