We offer you five cozy log cabins for two! Private, romantic, & secluded honeymoon cabins with HOT TUBS. Only 6 miles from restaurants in Hot Springs, but surrounded by the peaks of Pisgah National Forest. Attention to detail such as spices, wine glasses, steak knives, & muffin tins are in the kitchen, plus directions to all local hiking trails and restaurant menus. We personally designed every inch of the cabins and furnished them to offer you everything you need for a romantic mountain getaway. Each cabin has its own private hot tub, gas grill, full stainless/granite kitchen, satellite TV, and fireplace. Perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, or just a romantic getaway. Four of the cabins are pet-friendly.

My new husband and I LOVED our honeymoon here! We stayed in the Oak Cabin: it was clean, had beautiful views, and was very private. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen and out on the grill, as well as relaxing in the hot tub! The cabin was super clean when we arrived, and we appreciated their attention to detail. It was also nice having a small washer and dryer in the cabin so we could stay on top of our laundry. They had a wonderful concierge book available that made planning our days easy! We loved the Max Patch hike! This was seriously such a great place to stay!

We had a great time at the Hound Heaven cabin. The e-mail correspondence before our stay was extremely detailed and very helpful. Cost for a 5 night stay was very reasonable and we got free Biltmore wine and truffles! The dogs loved the cabin and made themselves at home with the tennis balls and water and food dishes provided. The view was wonderful and the stocked kitchen was super helpful. We hiked every day. The welcome binder with trail directions and menus for the restaurants in town were a nice touch. We were supposed to go to Asheville for a day but ended up staying at the cabin and in the town of Hot Springs 6 miles away the entire time. Food at the local restaurants was amazing. Great craft beers and cider. The only downfall would be the super twisty roads (you are in the mountains!) Next time we will bring our Jeep or Mini instead of a full size truck. And the bed was a little small for the two of us plus our dogs but it made it extra cozy. Remember to bring all your groceries because full size supermarkets are about an hour away. Thank you! We hope to be back soon!

Thank you for enjoying a cozy log cabin for two! With the new craft brewery in town there’s no reason to drive to Asheville - stay local and enjoy! Take care, Amy

My wife and I reviewed at least a hundred cabins on the internet before we came across Hound Haven. It turned out to be the best choice we made as it offered seclusion, a great deal for the week, and a meadow for our two dogs to run around. The pet fee was the lowest we encountered. The cabin had all the amenities we needed. Bring plenty of food. The nearest store is the dollar general in Hot Springs. There is no wifi which was good because it allowed us to spend quality time together without interruptions.

The cabin was perfect, exactly as described and pictured online. My boyfriend and I are already planning a return trip to watch it snow from the hot tub on the porch! We stayed in The Oak cabin and it had plenty of pots, pans, spices and kitchen utensils. We cooked almost every meal at he cabin on the stove or the provided gas grill. Heater/air conditioner was functioning perfectly, electric fireplace lovely. Tv swiveled so you could watch it from the bed, the couch or outside porch lol shower was great my 6’1” boyfriend showered with plenty of room. The provided Towels and sheets were soft and comfortable alone with the bed. Plenty of storage. The cabin decorations were adorable and there were too many fabulous homey touches to mention. We slept well, ate well, relaxed and reset our minds. Thank you!!! We will be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay in The Pine Cabin. We stayed seven years ago for the first time on our honeymoon. With baby number two on the way in the fall, we returned to our favorite cabin for a getaway. We enjoyed grilling on the porch for supper and hiking at near by trails. The updates on the cabin are fantastic. We enjoyed the privacy that The Pine Cabin has. We are already looking forward to returning sometime next year.

We've visited 6-7 times and always find it a welcome retreat from day to day life. Hiking the trails around Max Patch is wonderful, soaking in the hot tub, quality time with hubby and dogs. We typically pack in and cook but its down town Hot Springs is very close and Asheville not far either if you want to eat out.

This was a spotlessly clean and modern cabin. Ours was the Oak cabin which sat on the highest point of the property. The view and the privacy were fantastic. There was a hot tub on the porch and everything in the way of linens and kitchen items inside. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We are AT section hikers and were looking for a place close to Garenflo Gap, Lemon Gap and Max Patch. This place was perfect and the hot tub was great after a long day hiking. Downtown Hot Springs was a short drive to eat and buy a few groceries at the Dollar General. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Very private.

The cabin is tucked into the quiet mountain side. It provided a much needed escape. The lag cabin has all the amenities including a outdoor hot tub .The mountain side scenery is breathtaking. Ideal get in these times.

My dogs are really high energy too especially after a long road trip. We stayed in the hound heaven with the large field out front. You can take your dogs there and burn off the energy. You'll drive right past it on the way in. You don't have to meet the owners first. We only saw them by accident one of the times we stayed.
