Drove down from Michigan to High Point to do some furniture shopping at Furnitureland South. Was very important to find a place other than the basic chain of hotels especially during this pandemic. The protocols that they have in place are excellent, and we felt very comfortable staying there knowing that our room was impeccably cleaned.
The only suggestion, and a very minor one, would be to put 3-way bulbs in the lights as we had office and paperwork to do and was a little too dark. Other than that it was perfect. Would definitely go back.

My teenage son and I were in High Point one night for a ball tournament. I am glad I ran across this unique place that was a nice change from traditional chain hotels. Very clean, quiet and safe. We were slightly disappointed that the guest rooms are not actually in the “old mansion”, but rather a new modern building connected to the old house. Breakfast was regular continental eggs, bacon, etc. No one was there cooking eggs made to order as some other reviews stated, but it was fine for us. I appreciated the little details like a black “makeup” washcloth, ear plugs, q-tips, and mouthwash!

This is the 3rd stay for my husband and myself. We love to stay here when visiting High Point. It’s a very cute little bed-and-breakfast, with a bar, restaurant, breakfast, parking, you name it. They give you a free drink each day while you’re here plus free water in your fridge. You can walk to so many local restaurants and if it’s bad weather, you can always Uber or drive. We love this little inn.

Would recommend JH Adams Inn in High Point. Desirable location with excellent service. Beautiful rooms. Very clean. I have stayed here many times and I have never been disappointed. The cold breakfast was delivered to my room & it had fruit/yogurt/cereal/ with milk & bar to take with me for the day.

Stayed our wedding night in the Drexel Heritage suite. We originally booked the Kincaid Suite but during an unfortunate over booking of the suite we were offered several options by the management to accommodate our visit at no charge. This level of customer service is getting very hard to come by. The suite was extremely nice and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, professional and sympathetic. We highly recommend staying at this elegant place.

There are not enough stars to give you guys! From accommodation to restaurant but mainly service. Bethany blowed us away with her dedication and care at a time that the hotel had no power due to the ice storm in town. She handled the situation so graciously that we didn’t want to leave and check into another hotel. We stayed and we were very happy we didn’t move thou was a long cold day for all of us. The only suggestion to the manager would be to invest in higher end linens even if they charge more money for the rooms

Very impressive accommodations. A high end vibe and laid back at the same time. When coming to High Point area, I wont stay any where else. Nice people / staff.
Breakfast was like a lot of free breakfast EXCEPT scrambled eggs, freshly made, orange juice out of a pitcher, not a machine, fresh fruit, real china, real glasses, real silverware in a mature restaurant setting, not a side room set up for whatever. Plenty of free parking. WIFI was perfect. High ceilings, big bathrooms - old school, comfortable beds, nice furniture. Noise, not an issue for me. However, location was very important to me. It was a 17 min WALK to go where i needed to be, 3 min drive. A location in the downtown area can have a buzz to it or noise. Not an issue for us. 3 doors down from elevator, never heard it.

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting High Point University which is very close by. The room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t huge but was fresh and tasty with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt and bread selections. We will stay here again.

Nice clean room. Bar and restaurant were fun. Breakfast served daily was always refreshed and clean tables were ready. Easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars and breweries. Short ride to downtown Greensboro.

The J H Adams’s is always our first choice of hotels when we go see our daughter at Highpoint University. Staff, especially Bethany, is very friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast included for everyone in your room is great and makes it easy to start your day by just going downstairs instead of hunting for any outside restaurant. They also include a beer or wine for each adult in the room at checkin. They did a good job remodeling and enclosing their area where they can host larger parties. This place fills up for certain dates so make you reservations early.
