Well appointed beautiful old home with tons of character you would want and expect for such a place. The owners are awesome and very accommodating. We had a wonderful first stay in an area we will return to again. Within a minute of walking out the front door you are in a main street setting every town wishes they had. I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in many moons with the windows open and the fresh mountain air flowing in. Kathy & Tommy were excellent hosts. Each evening of our stay we sat outside on the upstairs small veranda and enjoyed fine wine and the peacefulness of the small town feel of Hendersonvillle. Breakfast was delightful and different each day of our stay. The area is a hidden gem, and so, I recommend you take some time for yourself and your significant other and enjoy a stay.

What an absolutely wonderful place. The Inn is rich with history and has all the charm you would want with a Southern Style Inn. The Cheese, Wine at 4:30 to 6pm is fab. Their breakfast is delish. The host are absolutely awesome and very skilled in the area of hospitality. As you can tell we had a wonderful time here and were very impressed. Thank you!! Dave & Avie

After many years of visits to Hendersonville, we switched our accommodations from another B&B to the Charleston Inn. Our group occupied 6 rooms and found the rooms to be spacious, the bathrooms to be updated, and the hosts to be fun, friendly and accommodating. Social Hour was fun and breakfast each morning was yummy. Our group unanimously felt that the Charleston Inn was a great alternative and agreed that the planning for all future visits would start with a call to Kathy and Tommy, the owners. We didn’t know what to expect, but found Charleston Inn to be a WONDERFUL SURPRISE.

Nice B&B at great location at end of Main Street. . Can easily walk to nice restaurants. Owners friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy with a queen bed. Room had a TV and ceiling fan. Fan light was too bright and we had to temporarily loosen a few bulbs, while lamps on night tables were not bright enough. Bathroom was modernized, with a good shower, and a nice small vanity, but there wasn’t heat.. A small space heater was in closet, but we didn’t use it. We had 2 breakfasts there, with one being much better than the other. Breakfast was simple & straight forward, without alternate choices. Coffee, teas and bottled H2O available at all times in dining room. Nice wrap around porch with rocking chairs, but street traffic is somewhat noisy, so we did not get to enjoy sitting out there. Happy hour in late afternoon with some cheeses, crackers and wine. We did not find the common areas inviting, although there were many couches and chairs, but insufficient lighting. Did not see anyone sitting in those areas during our stay,

Hi Audrey....thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Our house was built in 1880 and so we do not have all the modern conveniences of a new house. I wish you had let us know while you were here if you were uncomfortable and we would have done whatever we could to make you feel at home. We do sit on Main Street which is convenient to all the shops, restaurants, etc., but because we are on Main Street there is traffic.I wish you had let us know you were not happy with your breakfast. We always have bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, grit, etc. We would have been more than happy to cook a breakfast to your liking. We want our guest to feel at home while they are staying with us, so anyone is welcome to turn lights on and off in the house during their stay. We hope next time you visit you will please let us know how we can make you more comfortable.
