I've stayed there on business for the last three months. I've been renting a studio suite which is plenty of room and furnishings for 1 person. The room has a stove, microwave, minifridge and coffee pot in the kitchen. The cupboards have a limited amount of dishes, pots & pans, and utensils to use. What's especially nice is having my own kitchen to use so I'm not relying on fast food joints for breakfast and dinner. The bed is queen size and they have a Roku TV with well over 100 channels. This property also has regular sized suites with a full size refrigerator and 4 burner stove. The very pleasant property manager lives on the premises so she makes sure everything is in order. The property just replaced all the vertical blinds with horizontal blinds so they are all brand new. The landscaping is well maintained and the property is kept tidy. I happily recommend this place to everyone. Oh, and the price is very reasonable. I actually think it's cheaper than regular hotels that give you a not so free breakfast. The clientele that are staying here are very pleasant folks and there aren’t any loud noises so this place is very quiet.…
I killed over 12 spiders in my room ! But they got me good before I figured it out after 3 days. Under bed filled with eggs and spiders . Love you 😍 donna! Then you need two hundred championship characters so i guess i will continue you telling you i got even and killled everything!!!!
I stayed here for several months after relocating to Greenville. The monthly price was better than most other options in town and the room met my needs. It was great not having to worry about providing an entire household of furnishings and kitchen items needed for an apartment. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Having access to onsite laundry and weekly room cleanings were also a plus. Thank you for making the start of my relocation a breeze.
The guy that runs this place does care, but he is understaffed I believe and there are to many things that make the place uncomfortable. The floors are not carpeted in 1/2 the two room suite, and this floor was really, really filthy. We had them come in and clean it again for us, then we had to wash off the soap on the hard floor with washcloths because it was both slippery and made our feet black. We used multiple wash clothes and they continued to show dirt no matter how many times we cleaned the floor. The internet sucks. They tried improving it, they said, but I am using my phone as a hot-spot instead of the hotel internet. They do not visit the rooms daily and we needed to chase down the staff (easy to find them) to change out our towels. The kitchen is nice, not supplied with everything one might want in a kitchen, but it was convenient and everything worked - Full sized frig, four burner stove, sinks and drains were not plugged up at all and drained quickly, the towels are soft. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. I was awakening stiff, but my partner says she is sleeping fine. All the furniture is in good shape. TV's are small, but we don't watch TV anyway, so it did't matter to us. Parking next to the rooms is convenient, especially if you are on the bottom floor. You can pull right up close to your room to load and unload. the property is kept relatively clean - I say relatively because the hotel does not have an extra full sized room to use as a maids closet so they use a tiny utility hallway, and they need to pile things up on the sidewalk all over the place. I do not think the place ever did not have a pile or two of things outside on the ground, but over all it does not feel "ghetto" - just understaffed. The location is really quiet, and the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful if you as for anything at all. I think my biggest gripe is the poor internet. I run my business from the road and poor internet is the last thing I want to deal with these days. The dirty room floors would be my partners biggest gripe I think.…
When I first got there he gave me the key to someone else’s room. Then when he gave me the key to our room the room was disgusting. Carpets were dirty, someone’s socks and dirty underwear were on the dresser. Cabinet doors were hanging by one screw, the closet doors were just laying inside the closet. When I went back to tell him we were leaving, the door to the office was locked and the manager was gone all afternoon. When he finally came back several hours later and I told him we were leaving he became very angry and started screaming at me. His rage was quite worrisome. He refused to take the key from me and told me to put it in the mailbox. The most scary experience I have ever had. The manager is a psychopath.
