I can honestly say that a hotel has only ever made me sick once and this was it. I was first put in a smoking room and immediately asked for a non smoking room. That room still smelled so bad. My eyes burned and throat killed me. Worst 2 nights. On my 3rd night i moved hotels and had a much better and healthier experience. I did end up with several new bottles of air freshers just tho be able to breathe.

My experience was not good at all, I give this place a F, staff was doing the best they could but the manager has a real bad attitude, and I would advise anyone to go to another hotel, some of the rooms were bug infested the health department should ckeck out the third floor. I herd him call the staff, stupid and dumb. I would never spend another dime at this place and will let my friends know to go to another hotel when they visit Goldsboro.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, however in desperate need of upgrade. The room was musty smelling and the a/c was louder than it should be. Older unit was hard to adjust - either too cool or too warm. Bathroom is extra small and no extra towels as requested before check in. 2 small square pillows provided per person but uncomfortable and and kept shifting during the night. It was an nonsmoking room but cigarette burns were all over the carpeting. (did not smell of smoke) . Overall a good stay but there are nicer hotels in town.

Apparently this hotel has some serious staffing issues. The check-in process shouldn’t take 45 minutes up until us having to sit on the floor outside waiting for our room to be ready. Nobody told us it wasn’t ready and I assure you nobody cared. Try a different hotel in the area as this hotel also seemed to have some questionable patronage in the parking lot.
