7/16 - My wife and I stayed at The Inn at Glenn Alpine last weekend and really enjoyed our stay. We lucked out and snagged the last available room ( The Royale ). The Inn itself is beautiful with a huge wrap around porch where you can relax and enjoy the cool breeze.

The inn keepers were very welcoming. The Inn itself is isolated and quiet. It was in a good location for me to use as a base to travel to Blowing Rock and the sights along the Blue Ridge Parkway. I felt removed from daily stresses and rested well. The only comment I would make
