Our accessible rooms are the last rooms we sell in our hotel due to disabilities. I am sorry about the congestion and sore throat, However, we did inspect the room closely and did not find any signs of mold that you mentioned nor have we had any previous guest comments with a similar compliant. We set high standards for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our hotel. Our entire team apologizes for the miscommunication that took place upon checking into our hotel. We experienced a serious plumbing issue, which caused us to shut off the water .As a result, It took the plumber longer than anticipated to repair the leak. We are sincerely sorry that you had a upsetting experience on the day before your interview. I hope that you will give us another chance when choosing the Garner area.
