My wife and I stayed three nights for Miatas at the gap 2016. Nice close proximity to Fontana Village, Tail of the Dragon, and the Cherohala Skyway. Beautiful area to visit with great roads to drive or ride. The cabins seem newer, and are clean yet small and minimal. These are not the "log cabins in the mountains" you may... More

Owner was kind enough to allow us to stay after a cancellation. There was no other vacancy in the area. We had been on our motorcycle for 13 hours. The owner was fabulous and the cabins were great! The cabins were very clean, neat and comfy! We will certainly be back!

We were recently filming in Robbinsville,NC for a 1/2 hr series special for our National Motorcycle Series "American Spirit" and came across the "Off The Deep Inn" cabin rentals along hwy 28 and was blown away by the beauty, affordable rates, and excellent construction of their cabins. In fact we were impressed enough to use their facility for our "Show Open" ;)... More

My girlfriend an I spent a weekend here, and it was GREAT! Very friendly owners, and will do anything to make you happy! Perfect little cabins with COLD AC, and a nice flatscreen TV. Free firewood for the fire pit. We even grilled out on their little iron grills out in front of our cabin. Wonderful experience, and would definitely... More

Owner was waiting for us when we arrived and was extremely friendly! Cabin was small but very comfortable and very clean! Had a nice back porch to sit and enjoy the scenery! Fire pit was great for a nice campfire after dark! Cabin had small fridge and microwave and there were grills outside for cooking. This was so much nicer... More

The cabins are beautiful and clean inside and out and the location is great, close to Robbinsonville, graet veiws and quiet. They also have a fire pit which we loved sitting around at night. We are going to make it a... More

We spent 6 days there over the four of July and stayed in cabin #1 the handicapped cabin. It has wonderful facilities for the handicapped with a large spacious bathroom. Anything we needed was provided by the Hostess, Becky. Her husband, Randal was also quick to resolve any problems and built a fire in the firepit most nights. We were... More

My husband and I went on a couple day trip to Fontana dam gorgeous area. We happened to notice Off the deep inn just by chance and thought that it was an unusual name for a place in the mountains. There must be a story behind it, we thought, and there sure enough was one. Becky, the owner (she is a... More

We booked cabin # 4 for two nights...and it was wonderful! Very clean, roomy and the back porch was the best. Sitting outside in the mornings for coffee was very quiet and enjoyable, then late in the afternoon after a day of riding the sunset was very nice! The drive way is rocks, a little tricky, but they are working... More
