I don’t know who the heck is giving this place 4+ stars. First, this is a motel., not a hotel. The beds are tiny and the room smells bad. AC is noisy - doubt we will get much sleep. The toilet won’t flush, so rather than have someone fix it, she showed me how to take the lid off the tank and rig it to fill. Fortunately, we are only here for a couple of hours before we continue on with our journey, otherwise, I would most certainly leave
We were quite impressed with the room---beds good, very clean and an excellent price!! Our welcome left a little to be desired---we thought southerners were friendly! Also check out was brusque though the over all stay was very good
Great looking lobby but the room was just okay. The rug looked new as well as bathtub but everything else was the quality of a two star motel. Only two towel sets when we arrived in the middle of the night and they could have given us an extra set for our child. We were too exhausted to chase down another towel set. Great shower pressure in newish looking tub and wall. Soap was very tiny and skimpy. Overall not bad experience for the cost of the room but will pay a little more next time or a more comfortable stay.
Perfect for an overnight stay! Rooms were cleans and the employees at the counter were excellent! You can tell they take pride in their hotel! For the price, simply can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
We needed a 1 night stop over on the way home from Disney. Based upon TA reviews, we came here. The girl in reception was very nice; friendly. I noticed that they won't let you in unless they buzz you in. There are cameras all over the property with a monitor at the desk which is manned 24/7. We did a little research and Fayetteville is not the safest town...this place is a few miles out of the downtown area. The room was clean and smelled fresh...always a concern as this is pet friendly (we hate that, as we've had bad experiences with barking dogs) . You are able to park right across from your car. We had a quiet night's sleep, despite a full house. The only negative (and it's a biggie) was that we saw a roach. We walked over to the Taco Bell across the street. It has no indoor dining, so we ate in the room. My husband swears the roach came from the Taco Bell wrappings, and not from the room. I felt like the roach came from above me (I was sitting at the desk, so above me was the top of the mirror or the ceiling). I have a hard time thinking the roach was from the hotel as the room was PRISTINE; cleaner than other higher priced chains we've stayed in. There were no signs of bugs and we never saw another one all night and trust me, I looked. You can make the call on this one!…
My daughter and I stayed at the Deluxe Inn in Fayettville, NC, on January 15, 2022 with my two small dogs. The reservation process was seamless and our room was ready when we arrived. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, contained a TV, refrigerator and microwave. We have stayed at a neighboring facility for the past six years but found that last year's experience was very disappointing and we decided to give the Deluxe Inn a try. We were not disapointed!! The two queen beds were very comfortable and we were very pleased with our accommodations. It will be our new stopover point going forward!!
Very basic accommodations. Bathroom door opened into the room, but couldn't open all the way because it hit the bed. Refrigerator made so much noise we had to unplug it - but then all we could hear was the battery-operated wall clock "ticking" loudly all night... Guest on the phone could be clearly heard through the (thin) walls. Overall, you can get a much superior room for the same, or maybe just slightly higher, price somewhere else. (Lastly, did not expect to have to get "buzzed in" to the reception lobby when I arrived at about 8 PM...)
Clean Inn with all the basics. Had good size refrigerator and microwave. We traveled with a pet and got a room toward the back. Was quiet and got a good nights sleep. The 24 hour front desk is a plus and we felt very safe there. The staff member who greeted us was very polite and accommodating. There didnt seem to be any questionable activity going on there like there is in some of the other basic motels. We will definitely stay here again when in Fayetteville.
Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Great price. This was a last minute hotel room. I came in to town to see my grandson and did not book a hotel until I arrived. I went online. Reviews said excellent and I was a bit skeptical. I felt warmly welcomed by the gentlemen at the desk. So rating / reviews are accurate.
If you are on Trip Advisor you most likely know how to navigate through good and bad reviews. This place is truly a good one. If you expect a five star hotel then you’re not following TA the way you should, but you will get a 5 star CLEAN and comfy night’s stay here for a very reasonable rate. We always travel with our dog and although he is well behaved, I realize not all dogs are (after all, they can’t possibly enjoy being cooped up in a car for hundreds of miles at a time) and because of this, our pet friendly hotels are limited. Not everyone takes the time to keep them up as well as this place does. The staff that we dealt with were both friendly and professional. Rooms were a combo of dated (but clearly well kept) and slightly remodeled. Yes, the towels are thin and small, but there was plenty of hot water, the heat and ac both work well, and once more, did I mention CLEAN? You also have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Wifi was great - no problems at all. We stayed en route home from FL and this place just jumped to the top of my list for my next travel trip home. Thank you again! See you in the spring 😀…
