A good place to stay at White Lake because of its location. The cottages are like going back in time to the 1950's. Nothing is modern, no internet, no cable tv, and only window unit air conditions. We have been staying every summer for a week for the last 15 years and nothing has changed, improved, or modernized. The owners...

Mold in rooms (air conditioner) made us sick, showers full of hair and sand... mattresses/box springs!had stains probably from the 70s. The mattresses have no comfort to them whatsoever... like sleeping on the hard floor. The doors are push lock... as in turn the knob to the right and push in... the doors do not close easily. If you're reading this and you want a plush room, with flat screens, up to date appliances and room service, White Lake is not for you and neither is Lasleys. However if you want a nice, quiet weekend by the lake to rest, revive and enjoy your people, Lasleys is the place for you. Their hotel rooms are quite large...
