Terrible horrible! We will never stay here again even if it’s our last resort. We will stay in Edenton or somewhere. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because it is very very very very horrible and nasty and terrible. I recommend them to spray with April very professional business called Terminix.

Please don't waste your time at this dump. This place is roach infested and dirty. Please do not plan a trip here. There were no cars in the parking lot. that was a bad sign. There were roaches, dirty sheets with hair on them, bed linens were soiled.

Our housekeeping staff is held to a very high standard and we appreciate that you've informed us of a need to address housekeeping policies and procedures. We also appreciate your time in pointing out the facilities in most need of attention as we work towards updating and improving upon our accommodations. Fortunately, the pest control experts that we employed to complete the thorough inspection following your complaint discovered no evidence of roaches in any of our rooms. However, each room were still treated with a pest heater for precaution. I hope you will find your expectations to be far surpassed during your next visit!

We only needed one look and returned the key. The office was not inviting to say the least. There was a small area that was supposed to be breakfast. The room had an odd odor and I couldn’t pour my head on the pillow and stay there. The surroundings were questionable. Don’t even consider staying there.

I don't like to leave negative reviews of any type. I thought long and hard about leaving a review and I got to thinking that others would like to know before going through the same thing I did. When I got to the hotel late at night I was told that I didn't have a registration. So this wasn't the fault of the hotel. The problem for booking was on the part of Booking.com. I was in the military for many years and have stayed at a number of places that weren't among the 5 star rated. To start off the hotel seemed to be almost completely booked to construction workers because of all the large trucks in front of most of the rooms. I am thankful for construction workers and have been one myself. The thing is why do they have to experience such poor conditions? I am not really picky. If I am going to need a place to sleep I like cleanliness, and what I was told would be the accommodations. As soon a I opened the door there was a stench that about knocked me down. I quickly realized the AC wasn't on so I thought that might be part of the problem...WRONG! The floor was a tile type material and was very wet, possibly due to the AC not being on and the humidity. Shoes had to be worn to avoid getting this nastiness in the bed. Oh yes the bed! The bed my wife and I got was so worn that you would actually fall off the bed if you got even close to the right side of the bed. I didn't get much sleep. I am thinking I will be ok after a nice shower. I booked for 4 adults and there were two towels in the room. The bathroom had what looked to be tobacco spit on the wall. No towel racks and no shower mat of any type. I will not be staying at a Days Inn in the future!

The rooms inside and out, including stairways, and parking lots were filthy, including trash, food items, used toilet paper. The lighting was terrible. Water pressure was very low. This stay has tarnished the Days Inn brand for me.

The hotel wasn't sold out and I'm a Platinum Member and I asked for a late check out and I only give me 15 minutes then the person in the Front Desk she say sorry that is unacceptable. You give the membership to check out and follow the Wyndham rules that is it don't care if it's a franchise or ownership or on the corporate Hotel you don't treat your members like this they travel all different cities and states to go to your hotel. The room was really bad and the bathroom it needs to be reboot.

If you just need a clean bed, towels and a TV that shows a pretty picture....then this is the spot to be in. I should have read the reviews before booking but I just went off of the name WYNDHAM. I've never known for WYNDHAM to be associated with a facility of this nature.

Room was disgusting, none of my family could sleep that night, lights didn’t work couldn’t even see to use bathroom or take a shower. Lobby doors were locked and had to be buzzed in did not make me feel safe or like it was safe for my family to be there. People talking outside our room all night and everything smelled of smoke asked for a non smoking room tv remote only worked every now and then

Just don't make the mistake and stay here, overpriced, DIRTY and the manager is RUDE! I called a manager up to make a complaint about the quality of the room, and the problem with the knocks on the door and I was accused of using drugs.

This entire hotel should be torn down and re-built. I really can not be that mad, but you get what you pay for. There is cheap, and then there is "Why did I stay here!" I would rather pay $150 to get comfortable.
